July 13, 200421 yr In KotOR 1, I always thought it was a pain, especially during the fight with Malak, where you have to scroll through each defensive force powers and non-medical items to activate everything; select something, wait for it to be used, then activate the next. It was too tedious. It'd be cool to have the ability to make a macro or something where you can select what to activate at once, for example, verpine prototype shield, echani battle stimulant, hyper-adrenal strength, force immunity, force valor, etc, all at once. Thoughts?
July 13, 200421 yr you mean... like a spell trigger? Sorry, that would be a bit unbalancing unless it's a feat you take at high levels. Word economics To express my vast wisdom I speak in haiku's.
July 13, 200421 yr There's a reason that it takes time to make yourself the uberest of uber people. Using items is a turn. If you take something like 50 turns for free, the game gets really imbalanced.

July 13, 200421 yr I'll go against the grain here and say that buffing is both tension destroying and repetative. Slimming it down somehow would be most welcome.
July 13, 200421 yr I'd rather they find other ways of implementing strategy in cRPG's than just stupid drugs and medpacks and such. I guess that's not likely to happen, but I'll still hope OE will improve the medpack/accessory situation...
