I was wondering what planet from original Tales of the Jedi Series would be good to see. Finally, I have decided to bring this dilemma upon other fans, so they could

express their feelings. Dxun is not included 'cause it is in KOTOR 2 already (blessed may be those who decided so).

HERMOCRATES:

Nur Ab Sal was one such king. He it was, say the wise men of Egypt, who first put men in the colossus, making many freaks

of nature at times when the celestial spheres were well aligned.

SOCRATES:

This I doubt. We are hearing a child's tale.

Onderon is a good choice, besides if there is Dxun there must be Onderon cause

Dxun is Onderon's moon

If you really want I can give you info about all these places- I'm TotJ great fan.

OK here it comes:

CINNAGAR

this is one of the seven worlds in the ancient Koros System, which would eventually become known as the Empress Teta System. The planet became the central world of Teta's empire, and her palace was located in its capital city.It was the richest planet during ancient era, later Krath Secret Society took over Cinnagar and began reign of dark side terror. Capital was beatiful, ancient city full of marketplaces, old streets and historical objects.

AMBRIA

the world which Jedi Master Thon tamed, it is a ringed world in the Stenness System. It is barren and sparse, and was once full of Dark Side energy. At one point in TOJ, Oss Willum says that Thon rid the planet Arkania of the Dark Side, instead of Ambria. When Master Thon arrived there, he pushed back the Dark Side into its source, Lake Natth. He lived there from that point until his death. The planet became a research location several millennia later, when BioTech Industries set up a campus there. It has four moons.

ARKANIA

originally part of the ancient Sith Empire, Arkanian was a planet which had a great deal of Dark Side energy. For this reason, it was the world watched over by Jedi Master Arca Jeth during period leading up to the Great Sith War. It was a cool, tundra world known for its huge diamonds. Because of its location in the Colonies region, Arkania was captured by the Yuuzhan Vong during their invasion of the galaxy. It was used as a strategic base, allowing the Yuuzhan Vong access to the Hydian Way, the Perlemian Trade Route, and most of the Colonies. During the years leading up to the Clone Wars, a theraputic cloning center was established on the planet, to generate replacement organs for individuals suffering from life-threatening diseases. Much to the dismay of these individuals, the onset of the Clone Wars brought about a halt to any non-military cloning, under Senate decree E49D139.41. Arkanians:this was the race of near-humans which were native to the planet Arkania. They were distinguished from baseline human stock by their four-fingered hands and their milky-white, pupiless eyes. The Arkanians were best-known for their extensive research into genetic manipulation, especially in the development of the Yaka species, although there was a peception during the era of the New Order that the Arkanians were "mad scientists" who were going to enslave the human race. As a people, Arkanians were arrogant beings who had little tolerance for rude behavior. Arkanians were also somewhat xenophibic, and believed themselves to be superior to most other races

STENNESS HYPERSPACE TERMINAL

this was the name of the vast space station which was created near the hyperspace jump gate in the Stenness Systems, some 4,000 years before the Galactic Civil War. It was also known as the Stenness Node.Stenness System:

a system of 7 mining worlds in three primary star systems, encompassing about 25 humanoid races. Due to the demand for the ores mined on the various planets, it was given its own hyperspace jump gate very early on. According to Dark Empire, they were discovered about 4,000 years before the Battle of Yavin. However, Tales of the Jedi has it as an already-established system, with its own hyperspace jump gate. The mines have long since given out, but the wealth they provided is still generating interest and good lifestyles for the planets' inhabitants. The system's inhabitants, often refered to as 'Nessies, are highly addicted to spice.

KEMPLEX NINE SPACE CITY

a dead moon located in the ancient Cron System, in the Auril Sector, it was the site of an Old Republic hyperspace station. It was the location chosen by Captain Vanicus to mass the Old Republic's fleet against Ulic Qel-Droma. He chose it because he believed Qel-Droma would attack there. Instead, Qel-Droma attacked Coruscant while its defenses were down. There was a great bustling city located on giant space station where millions of creatures from all over the universe lived.

ONDERON

this planet is the primary planet in the Japreal system of three planets. It has a temperate climate, and was home to a primitive race of humanoids. It has four moons. The primary moon, Dxun, orbitted very close to the planet millenia ago, and the various Dxun beasts jumped to the planet. The Onderonians struggled against the beasts, eventually gathering new technologies and building a huge walled city to protect themselves from the beasts. The Onderonians then threw their criminal out into the wilderness without any protection from the beasts. The outcasts soon learned to defend themselves, and a second civilization grew out of the outcasts. They two groups remained at war with each other for many years, and the Old Republic asked the Jedi to watch over the world. When Master Arca took over its watch and assigned Ulic Qel-Droma to the planet, the war was ended when the Onderonian princess Galia married the Beastprince. Onderon was also the planet on which Freedon Nadd tried to set up his Sith Kingdom. Like many other fringe worlds, the Onderonians have a distrust of aliens.Beast Wars:

a series of battles that spanned nearly 350 years prior to the first Old Republic contact with Onderon. The battles were foguth between the citizens of the city of Iziz and its outcasts, the Beast Masters. Iziz managed to survive because of its superior technology and its link to the Dark Side of the Force. The ancient Jedi Knights, under the direction of Arca Jeth and the command of Ulic Qel-Droma, interceded and brought the wars to an end

ZIOST

this cold, icy world is dominated by rocky mountains and fierce storms. Much of the planet's crust is imbedded with ice. In ancient times, this planet was part of the Sith Empire, and was its capital where Dark Lord of the Sith resited in his palace. Luke Skywalker was able to track the Massassi night beast to this planet, after it was freed from its temple on Yavin 4. It was later discovered that Darth Vader trained the Dark Jedi Lumiya here.

KUAR

this planet was the primary world in the Kuar System, which is located near the Empress Teta System. This world was adopted by the ancient Mandalore warriors when they attacked the Tetan worlds prior to the Great Sith War. It was here, millenia later, that Fonterrat provided Bornan Thul with a datadisk containing the location of the Emperor's plague storehouse.

RHEN VAR

this frigid world was covered with snow-swept mountains, which were dotted with a variety of ruins. It became a sanctuary for Ulic Qel Droma when he was looking for redemption after his genocide during the Sith War.

KHAR DELBA

this huge, rocky world was the site of Naga Sadow's decoy base, during the power struggle which erupted following the death of Marka Ragnos in the times of the ancient Sith Empire shortly before the Great Hyperspace War.

I hope that it will satisfy you! Cheers!

I voted Onderon because its god damn f***ing stupid we can go to Duxn and cannot go to the damn planet that it happens to orbit.

I know KotOR is a inspiration but lets not remake the idiocy of Yavin space station ...

Personally I think that it should be Onderon (for reasons we all know) and one more planet from this poll - but it's a hard choice 'cause all this locations sound interesting to me, and all potentially contain great adventure possibilities (Stenness Hyperspace Terminal - full of travelers, smugglers, thieves | Ziost - capital of ancient Sith Empire | Arkania - the diamond world)

On the other hand I know these locations from comics and though it would be nice to see some of them I would also like to see completely new locations that will enrich Star Wars ancient universe - that's why I'm so happy about Telos and I was happy about Manaan and Taris (best location in KOTOR 1)

Kuat emerged as shipyard-planet much more later. In the times of KOTOR 2

it was a merchant world full of greedy families. Main shipyards of the galaxy 4000

years ago were Foerost and Fondor.

This a poll about planets which appear in Tales of the Jedi comics. Dathomir

wasn't present in TotJ besides it became witch world some time later.

Its a planet that first shows in "The courship of princess Leia" novel, its known because of the witches (female force users) but at this time period it would be rather ... how can I put it ... useless to go there because the problems with the witches that show in the novels were recent and so seeing that novel plot being somewhat done over again would be pointless and of course would mess with cannon ... not that games dont have a problem with that but LucasArts try to keep some universe consistence.

That sounds friggin' awesome. Maybe it would be how the Jedi hid their recruits during this time period?

If that would mean it was around in Dantooine time... well... did they have multiple Jedi Academy's at once? Or was this a different type, maybe a different level of, academy on this space ship?

That's good but I doubt that any Dev will ever look into this topic anyway...
