It reminds me of Fallout (2?) Empathic trait (if I remember well) who made dialogue answers displayed in green or red when good or bad.

Yeah, I've recently played WotR and Bg3 with similar mods and now found myself unable to play without it.

Had to make this mod to remedy the absence and actually play PoE2. 🙂

Cool, I downloaded and installed it. 👍

Fantastic!

One thing I suggest would be swapping the "DebugName" ("Pro-Humor", "Pro-Duty", ) for the name of each topic as it appears in the game ("Lighthearted", "Dutiful").

Anti-Gods  =  Antireligious
Anti-Tradition  =  Progressive
Kind to Animals  =  Animal Kindness
Pro-Autonomy  =  Autonomy
Pro-Deceit  =  Skulduggery
Pro-Duty  =  Dutiful
Pro-Gods  =  Piety
Pro-Humor  =  Lighthearted
Pro-Immodesty  =  Pride
Pro-Passion  =  Impassioned
Pro-Provincial  =  Provincial
Pro-Resourcefulness  =  Resourcefulness
Pro-Stewardship  =  Stewardship
Pro-Tradition  =  Traditional
Pro-Worldly  =  Worldly

Thanks for making that list!

Agree, it'll be much better. I'll make this change on next update.

From a few hours of playing, everything seems to be fine.

Still, if you find any problems, please report them on the mod page.

A fantastic piece of work! I'll give it a go when I have a bit of spare time. I'm looking forward to seeing this mod in action.

I've updated the mod to version 1.1.

What's different:

Direct approval changes:

Added display of 722 direct approval changes throughout the game. Those happen without topic triggers when two characters interact with each other, mostly in direct companion dialogue.

User-friendly topic names:

Changed technical topic names("Pro-Humor", "Pro-Duty" etc) to the exact names they have in the game("Lighthearted", "Dutiful").

You can see an example of how both of those look on the mod page's latest screenshots.

Hi Opera,

I have made visual mods for PoE I and II., but have no idea what it's like working with dialogue. How hard do you think it would be to make a mod that lets you quit dialogue at any point in any conversation? Sometimes the game only gives me a single option or a few that are words my character would never say. I want to have the option not to say them.
