Their showcase excited me more than all the other showcases combined. They are also making a morrowwind looking game.

July 5, 20223 yr looks likes it's not exactly post apocalyptic, but has the retrofuturism feel. I am going off of just one screenshot

That's what makes me like it even more. That sort of setting has more potential since post apoc has been done to death at this point. I like post apocalyptic still. But I agree, if this game was post apocalyptic AND retro futurism, it would be just a fallout clone. Better to switch it up a little Edited July 7, 20223 yr by Theonlygarby

Im one of those gamers that never gets tired of tried and tested designs, of course I appreciate worthy innovation but for example can you ever get tired of killing Zombies? If it's Dead Rising, no...never! I strongly recommend Dead Rising 1, 2 and Off The Record, Brucy. 3 and 4 aren't that bad either but the first two games are just awesome. I have played DR2 and it was great, I enjoyed fighting the various bosses scattered around the map. Especially the redneck snipers https://deadrising.fandom.com/wiki/Deetz_Hartman I must look into the rest of the DR series 🧟♂️ "Abashed the devil stood and felt how awful goodness is and saw Virtue in her shape how lovely: and pined his loss” John Milton "We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” - George Bernard Shaw "What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. August 16, 20223 yr I won't be raising my hopes, as while the screenshot tickles my nostalgia hard, the engine, look or gamefeel of Fallout1&2 isn't something I have ever been fond of, in the way I was fond of lets say: Infinity Engine games. Still something to be keeping an eye on.

Still something to be keeping an eye on. With me it's the exact opposite. I have an easier time connecting to Fallout 1/2 since they are both turn-based as opposed to real-time with pause.
