After some back and forth, an attempt was made to find a person who had experienced both. Once she was found, she said kidney stones were worse. Experiences and circumstances differ, of course, so that's not a definite answer. In any case, kidney stones, as a painful experience, is seriously up there with the worst of them. Glad you're over it now.
