Hello and sorry for the trouble you are having with Pillars of Eternity on the Xbox.  I see that you reached out to our support site which is the best place if you run into any troubles.  Last I can see in the email thread, our support specialist was hoping to get some more information about the issue from you if you are still running into the loading issue.  If not, no worries!
