September 18, 20196 yr Nope. Unless you want to use the console. Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods
September 18, 20196 yr Kill Ezzali go to wild mare hire level 1 guy give him the armor export it via character export (legit game mechanic) load save before killing Ezzali and hire your lvl 1 friend with the armour
September 18, 20196 yr Right - that also works. Feels equally cheesy as console though. Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods

September 19, 20196 yr Just occurred to me that it's probably possible to use the character export functionality to duplicate Arkemyr's Robe, and then you wouldn't even have to sneak in the back way to steal it. You could just walk in the front door as if you owned the place!
September 19, 20196 yr If you export any item that has charges and/or per-rest uses (Ring of Reset, figurines, trinkets etc.) and then have two identical of them - they will stack in the stash. You can use up the charges of one and then stack them back together. When you seperate them they will both have max charges and their per-rest uses back again. Enjoy your Fancy-Figurine-Summoner or your Ring-of-Reset-Martyr-Barbarian. Edited September 19, 20196 yr by Boeroer Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods

But surely they should block the exports of enchanted items. You could create many such adventurers with all your end game gear and just export them. September 19, 20196 yr Exporting high level items is the whole point of this mechanic, however when exporting items you will have to pay shop price for them and better/more items you export more expensive it gets, also you can only hire adventures below your watcher level. Anyway this mechanic is here so you can enjoy some very late obtained items for whole play trough or to duplicate some item you want on two or more characters in your party (ring with fire accuraccy being prime example if you want to have 2-5fire themed characters in your party) also since you can gear yourself like a god as soon as you leave port maje without exporting anything, exporting one or two items will only make it easier for very short time mid game, obviously its abusable but in the end this is single player game
September 20, 20196 yr How do weapon buffs work if you duplicate weapons through the import mechanic? I I were to duplicate, say, Xoti's sickle on a duel wielding character would it benefit from double stacks of Soul Reaper and Urgent Harvest?
September 20, 20196 yr It's hard to predict. You'd have to test. Some weapon buffs only work on the specific weapon (then it's easy to tell what will happen), but others work universally. For example I couldn't predict if 2 Griffin's Blades would give you 2*10% spell damage or if one would get suppressed. Same with Scordeo's Edge and his Adaptive enchantment: would there be two separate stacks of it or will there be one single stack or ACC bonus? Usually weapons' bonuses do stack. But with Deadfire and stacking you can never be 100% sure. Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods
September 20, 20196 yr I'll try to test it at the weekend (I've not actually tried the import mechanic at all). I know it's cheesy but at least Xoti's sickle wouldn't be broken as Scordeos edge if they both do stack
September 28, 20196 yr In limited testing, yes Xoti's does stack (shows as 10% bonus at 1x stack, 20% at 2x stack etc. rather than the base 5%, 10% etc etc.). Didn't test all the weapons you mentioned though.
