But don't Apply effects (Afflictions etc.) in AoE. Looking into the report, it looks like the bug has been fixed recently and has been undergoing a Fix Verification phase where they check to make sure the fix is working properly and that it hasn't broken something else. With that in mind, I'd expect to see this released in an upcoming patch.
