Not complaining or anything but just asking an honest question. How long between patches?. Like patch 1.1 was not so long ago, but when is patch 1.2 planned for?

Cheers

Realistically, 2 weeks of dev (minimal Agile sprint) + 1 week of beta branch + 1 week of revision/dev testing (optional) = one patch per month

No, you have to think those things happen in parallel with each other.

Example:

Sprint 1

- develop patch 1.3

- test path 1.2

- release patch 1.2

Sprint 2

- develop patch 1.4

- test patch 1.3

- release patch 1.3

2 patches a month.

since deadfire has been released they have done a patch about every two weeks

Im hanging for the next one because this is the one where they are uptuning spells/ abilities that are not powerful enough

whoo hoo!

And Barbarian

I expect the next path to come out just before or with the Story DLC.

I would REALLY love to hear what they are working on...

Hope for a beta patch in the close future

They need to allow us to customize Grimoires and reduce the penalty for Wizard subclasses. And prob buff some Cipher spells.

I am holding out hope for subclass wizards to get differing starting grimoires than what is currently the default.  When a transmuter only has three spells in his chosen specialization in the beginning grimoire, it's rather underwhelming.  I opted to dump the transmuter I drew up and went with a non-specialized wizard.

There is a minor patch coming.
