May 18, 20187 yr So Worthy Sacrifice granted by Marux Amanth should work as insta kill on any healthy friendly target or Bloodied / Near death enemy. it would be cool if Worthy Sacrifice would work on Charmed / Dominated enemies because they are considered as friendly targets (all friendly abilities works on them - inspirations, healing from any AoE, chants etc). I think it makes sense. But it doesn't work. Is it bug or is it intended? I was hoping for cool combo. There is lots of stuff which can cause charm like the fampyre's staff, wand which grants 10% to charm any enemy affected by casted spells, cipher's abilities and more. May 25, 20187 yr Came to post just this. The weapon realistically sucks unless you make this synergy with charm/dominate.
May 26, 20187 yr Then it would be too good. It could get bonus damage on charmed/dominated targets though. Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods

May 27, 20187 yr If I remember correctly the sacrifice ability can be used only once per encounter or rest. In this case, I would say that it's not too powerful if it will work with dominated/charmed targets (as long as bosses are balanced not to be charmed/dominated)

May 27, 20187 yr This is fine, the point I wanted to make is that once the fight starts you can use the ability to kill only one opponent. Therefore, it cannot be abused continuously in the same encounter.

I agree, until they implement some penalty for resting, per encounter = per rest.
