    Some icons, particularly those of various headgear, appear very pixellated compared to all other icons when upscaled to play at a resolution of 2560x1440. TO REPRODUCE: Load the saved game attached on a PC whose monitor's native resolution is 2560x1440, and play at that resolution. Access the inventory and compare the icons for the three pieces of headgear in the protagonist's inventory against all other item icons displayed. Further right-click on those three pieces of headgear to access their description and check out the icon on the top left corner. Observe how the icon appears very pixellated compared to all others. Saved game: link (for some reason the forum won't let me attach it).

    They look to be the same icons used in NWN2. As such, I'm seriously hoping they are placeholder. The neon coloring is very abrasive to the eyes and I personally would raise an eyebrow, and perhaps sneer disgustedly, if I found that the devs are actually planning on having NW2 icons in the final release of this game.
