  1. Yes, strenght add to all damage... The Dex is for the Attack bonus (which is given (10) By The Way, are you cheating (player charisma mod 25???)
  2. Testing it once again, it seems you're right. They don't stack (highest only). Except for this one :
  3. Sure, as long as they aren't compulsory (just pirating for extra creds (you can actually put to good use that time) or helping some Republic ships in a battle (for improved Republic influence and some neat items maybe?). If they do I hope they use the Rogue Squadron (1) way or the Freelancer way for spacecombat. They can use a system of flying yourself (with the pirating etc, or some random attacks from Sith fighters) in space areas and use Hyperspeed (by pressing a button) or just fly to other locations with clicking on the map (KOTOR1 and 2). And if they do (in Kotor3) they should include Sith/Republic influence... If you fight a lot of Sith fighters you lose a lot of influence with the Sith and every Sith fighter attacks on sight (unless really low influence, they flee sometimes). If you fight a lot Republic fighters you lose a lot of influence with the Republic and every Republic fighter attacks on sight (unless really low influence, they flee sometimes). If having high influence (help them with pirates or shooting the enemy (Republic killing, higher Sith influence and shooting Sith, higher Republic influence) they help you in battles, they give you escorts from time to time or give nice items or ship upgrades. Or they give you a high-profit job. Too bad it's not going to happen though (but keep hoping for KOTOR3)
  4. They don't appear in inventory (same with components). You can only see the amount when using workbench (components) or medlab (chemicals) Don't ask me why, as I hoped for a number in the equipment screen too. Maybe something for a content patch.
  5. Speeds Def Bonus works perfectly fine (PC), except combined with Force Armor Speed Def Bonus +4 (WORKS) Force Armor Def Bonus +6 (WORKS) Together +9 (Huh?)
  6. I think he/she means Revan's Robes or the Star Forge Robes, who are no armor at all (as they are robes). Though Revan's Robes were clearly COPIES of his original, as he was wearing the robe before finding the Star Forge (lots of movies, especially Dantooine Vision). SF Robes might be copies too (no clue what original). If this is the case it clearly implies that the SF can only copy (but as we don't know if SF robes are copies, whe can't implie that)
  7. People say this often but with this combo it does stack, only the -own name- crystal doesn't allow extra bonus stat improvements (even if it is a stat NOT given by the -own name-crystal.) 2 normal (non-own-name) will stack (got my own +2 wis, +1 attack and a +1 wis +1 cha to test this and got +3 wis +1 cha bonus) (Made a topic about this in the Technical issues forum) BTW: PC version
  8. Some official site data: The corruption of Republic forces has proven to be the most devastating weapon in the Sith arsenal, culminating in a betrayal that may turn the tide of a burgeoning war. Admiral Saul Karath, a pivotal figure in the victory over the Mandalorians only five years ago, stunned his peers when he declared the Republic not worthy of his support. He transferred his allegiance to the Sith Lord Revan, taking with him a large number of troops and the Indictor flagship he commanded, the Leviathan. Karath was the first officer of significant rank to go over, and he set a dark precedent. Rather than face an enemy that knows their every tactic, several other officers have followed his path. Many that remain loyal to the Republic trained directly under the admiral. For them, the coming conflict has become far more personal in nature. ... EDIT: Strange I didn't find any convo about alien design when browsing through the Dialofg.TLK file searching "Alien", except you still mean that convo about some Republic ships and most of them of Alien design...
  9. Case of: "You need to be damn lucky to find them after Czerka encounter" Nobody knows why or when they appear on planet, and why it is triggered somethimes (but usually not)?
  10. None, only the Free Unarmed Fighting (seems logical) Can also be the one you choose... As I always have TWF and get 2 attacks (unarmed) each round..., don't know if that's also if you're using dueling-feats (just speculation though)
  11. Well, at least I tried and bring proof, something you haven't done yet (quote yourself if I'm wrong). You 2 (Zilod and 213374U) only said "But this COULD happen" (quote yourself if I'm wrong). So post some proof of "Leviathan's Exchange with SF ship"! So now present your proof (Runs through Dialog.TLK ended. All results with "Leviathan" "Karath" "Saul" "Alien") are done and I really can't think of any other words about this Leviathan situation. If you rather want to talk about if's, here are some more: Is KOTOR2's Ebon Hawk the same as KOTOR1's? How did Malak's chin fell off? Is HK-47 coming out of the storage hold in the prologue or the HK-47 (hard to see due to flames)? What's the entire history (from dude X to Exile) of the Ebon Hawk? How did the Remote survives Goto's blast? How did HK end up on Tatooine? Are the Sith on the Star Forge original humans or SF produced clones? Why are only two Leviathan-types defending the SF when 100+ where produced during the Arrival at Deck 2 cutscene? Is T3 modified by Revan before heading to the Exile? How did Malak get the dead Jedi bodies out of Dantooines ruins to the SF (as they say the whole planet was wiped out)? What would happen if Revan was killed by Malak? And the last one (can easily think 2000+ more): Do the people of the Promised land still live?
  12. Carth, it has been far too long since we last spoke. I see the recent months have not been kind in your case. I barely recognized you.But I recognized you, Saul. I see your face every night even as I promise myself I will kill you for what you did to my home world.Did you learn nothing in your time under me? As a soldier you should understand that casualties were unavoidable. This was an act of war.It was a cowardly act of betrayal! Your fleet bombed a civilian target into oblivion without warning or provocation. And the blood of those innocent people is on your hands! In war even the innocent must die. The Sith would not accept me until I proved I had truly turned my back on the Republic by bombing the planet. As you can read, Saul had to proof he left the Republic by bombing Telos. Why give him a new ship if he has not yet proven himself? He had taken the Leviathan from the Republic, destroyed Telos with it and defected to the Sith. Why would he change ships if the other Leviathan-class clones are the same? *Waites for somebody to call this waste of space and twist my words* EDIT: What happened? What's going on?Sith Interdictor ship. They must have been waiting for us on the hyperspace route. We're caught in their tractor beam.Do you recognize the ship? It's the Leviathan. Saul Karath's vessel. My old mentor. Recognize is NOT by using ID things (to me), so it had te be the same ship (why would Carth recognize it otherwise?)
  13. If he's un-upgraded, give him Two-Weapon Fighting and Master Flurry. Give him the best stuff you have (I always undress my Teammates when entering the Hawnk, so I can give the good stuff to others when I take them). Equip 2 vibroblades/vibroswords (the one with +2 to mainhand if offhand) as they cut through shields. Get yourself a drink and watch Atton cut through the Twins without needing any healthpack, meleeshield, grenade or lame covering...
  14. Three years ago, Revan and Malak returned at the head of a massive invasion fleet. Revan had assumed the title of Sith Lord; the hero had become a conqueror.Initially the bulk of the Sith force were former Republic soldiers who had served under Revan. With each conquest thousands more flocked to join the invaders, swelling their numbers.Even many of our own Order have betrayed us, lured by Sith promises of riches and power. But what is more disturbing is the size of the Sith fleet itself. Some of the ships in the Sith fleet are those that were under Revan's command during the Mandalorian Wars. But many more are of an alien design we have never seen before. The source of this massive fleet is one of the many things about the Sith we cannot explain. It seems impossible to have created it in such a short time, yet we cannot deny its existence. The source of the Sith soldiers is, unfortunately, much easier to understand. Initially the bulk of the force were former Republic soldiers who had served under Revan. With each conquest thousands more flocked to join the invaders, swelling their numbers. Even many of our own Order have betrayed us, lured by Sith promises of riches and power. For two years the Sith were all but invincible. Read it! Source: Kotor1 Dialog.TLK SOME SHIPS REPUBLIC (LEVIATHAN), OTHER ALIEN (THE SMALL FIGHTERS AND SUCH) Edit: Some more Dialog.TLK proof (BTW, I found no mention of Alien Design Ships in the whole dialog.TLK (loading screens are in it aren't it?): But I don't know why you're so interested, but here it goes. When I think of all the men who have betrayed us, the one that stands out above them all is the one I respected the most. Saul. You don't? I thought everyone did. Admiral Saul Karath is the commander of the entire Sith fleet. He's half the reason Malak has done so well in the war.Saul was my commanding officer back when the Mandalorian Wars first began. He taught me everything about being a soldier... and I looked up to him.Saul approached me before he left. He talked to me about how the Republic was on the losing side... and about how I should start thinking of my survival.I know now that he was trying to recruit me into the Sith, but I couldn't have conceived of it back then. I argued with him and he got angry and he left. I never saw him again.Saul was my mentor... he led us to so many victories against the Mandalorians, even when things looked to be at their worst.I just... I couldn't conceive of it. He... he couldn't be serious. I was wrong, of course... he not only left us for the Sith, he... he gave them the codes to bypass our scanners.I remember waking up as the first of the Sith bombers snuck past our defenses and began destroying half of our docked ships. I knew right away what had happened.I... could have stopped him. I could have stopped it all.Don't even start with that! I don't feel sorry for myself. I feel angry... at Saul and all those others. It's all I can think about sometimes!I've fought Saul for years, now, and if I ever catch up to him... he will regret what he's done. He will regret it.No. No, it's not.But I don't want to talk about it right now. EDIT 2: And more to back-up my Karath was a hero (non-)theorie The dark side has perverted him, Carth. Once you start down the tainted path it leads you ever further into the depths of evil. I fear he is forever lost. This is not a matter to joke about! If there is one thing we can learn from Saul it is how the power of the dark side can corrupt even the bravest of heroes! EDIT 3: Yet more, Leviathan was at Telos... Admiral Karath taught me everything I know about being a soldier. He was a legend in the Republic fleet, and a hero to me. Until he betrayed us.When the Sith attacked my home world, the Leviathan - which is Saul Karath's flagship - was at the head of the fleet. My family was destroyed that day and my wife died in the Sith bombardment. Just ask if you want more proof...
  15. I've reloaded some old KOTOR1 saves and the only thing they talk about alien (alien technology) they mean the Star Forge. Where exactly in the game did you hear them call the Leviathan copies of alien design?
  16. 2GB for about 30 min DVD quality movie? If that's true I wonder how the movie-company's can fit a 3 hour movie+extra's on one DVD instead of 8. And if it's too lang they can cut the patch in pieces, delivering a DVD quality upgrade to the ugliest movies first, and then for the less uglier (don't have to download it anyway). It guess it shouldn't take Obsidian any trouble giving the music in stereo high quality. Just put them in a patch uncomppressed (they probably still have those on their PC's, not?) and allow the game to run those new ones. But the most important thing still is extra-content in form of Droid-factory, finished ending. I take these above music/movie improvement anyday.
  17. Saul (a Republic warhero) had this ship (one of his kind) in command when defected. It was the first the Republic produced. Then he took it too the copy machine (SF, see end movie or screenshot a few posts before) They were of Alien design because the SF made them, and it was unknown how a copy could or would be made (nobody knows of the SF, even in KOTOR2).
  18. Take a look at KOTOR1's Then take a look at KOTOR 2's Don't tell me you see no difference...
  19. That is how it happened. And some more comparision pictures of Leviathan and Ravanger. Now it's easy to see they are different. And the design of the Ravanger looks like a Super Star Destroyer, even the Deck looks exactly the same.
  20. The notes say: 1 East cells 2 West cells 3 meditation chamber Unfortunately, you can't reach them. Might be more too (which you can't see because too far of the Walk-able path) In the room ascending the meditation chamber and west cells are these unopenable or unselectable doors (with blackness behind them), I guess these should be the doors to those room but got cut... BTW, next time post JPG instead of BMP
  21. Here, the things the SF produce are clearly Leviathan clones.
  22. 1) The Leviathan is Republic: 2) SF's energie. The Star Forge drawed it's energy from the Force, corrupting it to the DS. Few could keep the SF in control as it would kill them drawing the Force out of them. Only Revan and Malak could. The SF was the Main Reason for the Rakatans loss of the Force, as it was the SF that corrupted them, started them to fight eachother and other people and in the end consumed them... Meaning SF's engersies were unlimited, as the Force is in all things. 3) Carth tried to get to Telos to save the planet, but when he arrived with a Republic fleet he was too late, and Saul bombed it into oblivion. In KOTOR2 he is on time and also says: "I don't want to be to late to save my homeworld the second time" 4) Revan WAS captured in the middle of the fleet, because Malak ordered all his ships to fire on Revan's vessel, trying to kill the Jedi and Revan in one blow. It failed. 5) Revan HAD a large fleet large enough to crush the Republic. Everybody finds it weird (in KOTOR2) that he/she didn't used it to crush the Republic (as easily could), and that he/she stopped producing ships after a small time.
  23. Do I really have to quote myself? <_<
  24. My way: http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?showtopic=30460
  25. As an aditional note: If you look at http://www.starwars.com at the Superstar destroyer you can see it has Exactly the Same Deck as the Ravanger (except that Nihilus kept dead people behind the consoles). The Leviathan had an other deck though (altough still the same class of ship as the Ravanger).
