Is it better than the original game? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Most definetly it will be. The most recent version, 6.3 Gold, has kept me entertained for 3 months now. It's replay value is...pretty much endless. Unless you get bored.

One thing: Does the game have any nods to the previous games? Any recurring characters or other things?

Supreme Commander, NWN 2 and Rome: Total Realism 7.0(double the map size of original Rome ftw!). Then there's a gazillion thousand console games I'm hyped about.

Interesting. I played all the previous titles in the series, but this does party combat loads better. Edit: Astroboy, I agree. I'm still waiting for a sequel. Although Mercenaries was kinda spiritual successorish.

Isn't it the one where you can choose which member you control and the others will follow the set of commandments you've given them in advance? Kind of like Seiken Densetsu, just with Fallout 2 kinda "attack the weakest/strongest, etc"-thingamajic

Or maybe it's a really intuitive system. Freedom Fighters and FSW did it okayish.

Nart, he needs a "patch" that converts the game to english, because that's the only available language he understands. Personally I believe he should have asked his parents twice before choosing "13 and older" while registering. :D
