That's even more interesting...
-
You know, I was talking to someone who listened to the audio files and she said that it's not Kreia who's talking - it's Atris. So that line about how "we were supposed to save each other" and it mentions Kreia... Means that originally maybe Kreia could have been redeemed? There's that alignment glitch where you can give Kreia LS points and her eyes change colour after all... Maybe Atris kills Kreia back on Telos when the two meet up... Besides isn't this line: Spoken by Atris in that KOTOR 2 trailer? Agh! That means the ending could have been so perfect, so "God's gift to the world" as it were! :'(

About the Atton torture/death scene... If this is supposed to take place for a Female only, then why is the Handmaiden mentioned here?

OMFG! The perfect match!!!! Kriea: The FRUITCAKE Lady~! <3 (w00t)

Interesting sound files in the streamvoice

Thank you for the info. I almost wish I had the PC version now. Aww, poor Atton. Looks like that was supposed to be his chance to redeem himself though... (w00t) Well, please post anything else you find out! -
Heh, the same thing happened in my game. I remember thinking "uh, oka...y" and then waiting for Suulru to get up. I thought maybe Vrook was just practice-sparring with him, or using him like a dummy, but when poor ol' Suulru never got up, I suspected the worst. I reset and all was well again.

arugements over the exile
stop_him replied to Dark Lord Daishi's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Really? I'd go in and out of the ship A LOT, but never got those cut scenes until after I started games with low influence with Atton (By that I don't mean negative, bad influence, I just saved racking up influence with him until later). The only cut scenes I've seen with other characters invloving Atton and Disciple's "arguments" are Bao-Dur and Mira. Are there any others? And perhaps you can tell me what transpires when Atton nails the Disciple for sending transmissions to the Republic. *sigh* Never seen that scene either - the game's really cheap with me! <_< Those "Tiny Jedi" scenes would make more sense, however, if Kriea said them after Disciple's conversion, but often times, I'd get them my first time back to the ship with Disciple (and not knowing about his past affiliation with me). Stupid. -
arugements over the exile

I talked about my experiences with Atton/Disciple here: http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?showtopic=28730 I think the conversations are triggered depending on how much influence you have with each character. With females it seems that you have to have a low influence with Atton in order for him to feel jealous/inadequate due to Disciple's presence. -
I got the flirt packs and banter packs - bought the game two days ago (only $16.00!). I'm a little disappointed with the game combat-wise though; after playing NWN, being restricted to certain classes and limited to only certain cross-classes is really annoying. However, I am enjoying the story very much!

Ah I see. Perhaps, I shall go out and purchase BG2 then... hmm... my friend also told me of a few romance mods out there and they are all compatible too - you can have three men fighting over the female PC and one is a drow at that mreowww!

Wouldn't it make more sense if...
stop_him replied to SoulessEffigy's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Maybe you should explain your reasoning... Or if this is supposed to be a joke... then haha I get it, but still no. -
Well technically, females could too: The Sleeping Man. Albeit, I'm not attracted to green men donning adult diapers, but when I asked the Knower of Names who was the Sleeping Man's true love, she said it was ME! Kind of annoying since I had asked who my true love was and she said Valen, but after I asked about the Sleeping Man's, my journal entry erased Valen as my love and replaced it with the Sleeping Man, but they were both my b****es in the epilogue! ...though I am curious... what sort of "action" did BGII involve...? Perhaps I shall buy if there's some S&M involved!

Handmaiden and Disciple
stop_him replied to Jedi Master D Murda's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Okay, I'm assuming you have enough influence to change Disciple into a Jedi, but have you actually done so? Some people like to keep him as a soldier because of his low WIS. But... Disciple won't answer that question until you've turned him into a Jedi. Of course when you want to question him about the Jedi, the option to ask "What's your problem with the Jedi?" disappears from the list of questions you can initially ask; you have to ask him one of those other questions like "What he's doing for the Republic?" and then you'll see a dialogue option like "Why is that?" That's where the question went. It's stupid, esp. since you you have to max out your influence with the Disciple to turn him into a Jedi, so when you ask him about his issues with the Jedi, you haven't gained any influence with him, but can ask him anyway. <_< But after several plays I realized that making him a Jedi is what was needed. -
Well, I thought NWN: HotU was very fair. Female PC's got Valen (delicious), while males got stuck with Nathyrra. I mean I was really impressed with fun you could have with him. Favourite hands down.

Atton and Disciple: Ebon Hawk Conversations
stop_him posted a topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I've played through the game many times now - always with a different objective in mind. The first time through was just to beat the game, while the second was to make Bao-Dur, Mira, Atton and Disciple Jedi. However, in my recent game plays I've been trying to trigger certain Ebon Hawk Conversations between party members that I haven't been able to acquire. Most of these conversations are the ones involving squabbles between Atton and Disciple (in my male PC games, it was always easy to witness Handmaiden and Visas's b**** fits). But it seems hard as hell to trigger Atton and Disciple arguments. I had one game where I actually managed to max out my influence with Atton before going to my first planet -
How do you get the romance with Atton?
stop_him replied to agentdeadlyangel's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Well it's nice to know some of the dialogue that can take place... <_< I've played through three times as a female now and have NEVER got any of the fight/advice scenes despite having maxed out influence with both of them. However, considering some of the glitches that I've encountered, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. I've also heard of a few more scenes: One where desperate Atton seeks out advice from Bao-Dur yet again, and another following Atton and Disciple first fight, where Atton apologizes, and though the Disciple admits to having an "interest" in the female PC they both pledge to protect the her. But still this is all hypothetical to me; the game gives me NOTHING -
Heh, that's how I got my bronze saber crystal too.

Battle Meditation is useless!
stop_him replied to DarthLightsaber's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
You can use Battle Meditation to rally the Queen's forces on Onderon (while Queen Talia and Vaklu are dueling) - they pretty much end up killing all of Vaklu's forces for you. It's interesting I guess. I don't know how this works for the Dark Side path though. -
[Small spoilers] 3rd time playing - extra dialogue
stop_him replied to stop_him's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Well, that's annoying, but thank you for the information. -
The Prima Strategy Guide says that when you play through as a LS and DS character there are extra dialogue options the third time through. I've talked with other people who have managed to trigger these new dialogues, and I've played as a LS and DS character, but in playing this third game I haven't seen any new dialogue options. I'm playing as a female again, but when I meet Atton for the first time he just says the same thing - none of that banter about how he was supposed to be in a sequel to "Jedi Knight." I've tried all the dialogue paths and options to try and trigger the new dialogue but I get nothing new. Was there something more I was supposed to do? Maybe my DS character wasn't evil enough? Admittedly, I ended up defending Queen Talia on Onderon, but since I still ended up killing all the Jedi Masters, flinging Kreia into Malachor's depths and dooming all my fellow characters to the dark side (I guess Bao-Dur's Mass Shadow Generator didn't go off either), I assumed that I successfully completed the dark side ending. Any suggestions or what have you would be appreciated, as I'm rather irritated by this. BTW: I'm female despite what my user name may imply.
