i really don't see what that has to do with the topic at hand.

I had my first round this morning play out something like that. It was Ambush, and I managed to get an airstrike, which led to a chopper attack. I think I finished that round 18-1-9. Then I got owned on Wetwork.

And by the looks of it, Patrick Marleau did everything but get a point tonight. He rings one off the crossbar, saves a goal in overtime, then nets the shootout winner. I love it when these NHL guys prove me wrong! This afternoons' Oilers - Hawks tilt was a bit of a nailbiter. Great clutch goalscoring, but some pretty bad defensive play. I'm really looking forward to seeing how our Kid line pans out next year already. With any luck we can avoid giving Anaheim a chance at the lottery pick in this years draft. Maybe it was because of all the matinee games , but there sure seemed to be a high number of 'weird' goals scored today.

And the way the creators write this show, it'll be the last scene of the episode, where you see Michael (probably) walk in and all you'll see is Sayid/Desmonds' face and then they'll say 'You?'. Cue the music and the lights go down... I didn't mind last nights episode. I'd take a Juliet-centric hour over one say, of , I dunno, Kate.

I played against some British lads this morning. They talked all funny. Plus they were pretty badly owned for a couple of kids who were arleady halfway through there first prestige level. I shouldn't say anything, though, since I was absolutely destroyed on Wetwork this morning as well, with the leader on the opposite team going 51-2-10. That's not a typo, by the way.

Marleau has been a huge dissapointment in my hockey pool this year. I'm not so cheezed about Cheechoo, since I picked him from a lower bracket, but ol' Patty really has been a letdown this season. I figured at worst he'd get around 57 points, and that would really be a stretch for him to achieve this season.

Yar Jags, so I ended up waiting about ten minutes for that lobby to fill up on the Wetwork level. I was teamed up with a really obnoxious American. He started to diss Canada. Next match was Crossfire, so I told him beforehand I hoped we were on opposite teams. Turns out I killed NixonReaganBush seven times en route to a 18-3-6 round, which incidentally was the top score.
