I just finished watching the last episode on the official starwars site. That was good. Now I want more....

I had the same problem on one playthrough. I switched to my third party member (not v or the exile) and that seemed to work. I don't think that its a problem with you equipping your sheilds, stims, etc. It just seems to be one of those bugs. On my current playthrough I have the same problem except its in the throne room on Onderon.

From what I understood from the DVD special features the makers of the clone wars have some sort of short that will play before ep.3 in the theatres.

That was beautifully done!! I'm not the worlds' biggest Carth fan, but hearing his dialouge all strung together like that painted a nice picture of the guy.

I wouldn't call bitchslapping the cathar couple exactly a lightside sort of act. But i guess it is a judgement call, since they are cathars.

A daily dose of Close Wars has been great this week! Yoda and Windu looked near unstoppable in chapter 23. Is there just five episodes this season?

[ There is a way around breaking her lightsaber? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> As far as I know, and I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think the only way to avoid destroying her weapon is to have constructed your own lightsaber first. If you don't I believe her blade is used for parts.

I thought the Windu episode was really entertaining, but I was left with the same question. Maybe he levelled up after the movie?

It's kind of like the prequels in that you know the outcome. I guess if they really wanted to sell a pile of comics DH would write a Revan story to appease all of his/her marks out there. I don't see why somebody doesn't write an original story based on the Kotor era as opposed to grifting something from the video games. I'd rather buy a miniseries about what went on before or up to the Mandolorian wars than some comics about an unrelated side story with all the answers filled in by datapads in the first game.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'duping'. However there is a bug where you can take Visas' lightsaber and change the color of the crystal to spawn yourself a new one. I think this only works on the Ebon Hawk, and i think if you break her lightsaber during the battle with her you're SOL

I was at the bookstore and was browsing thru some of Chuck Palahniuks' work. They had a few but no Fight CLub, which is kinda what I was looking for. Have any of you read the others? Are they worth buying?

You're right. I just loaded the first game on my Xbox and there is no quest for the synopsis of the great hunt. But I found the qel droma robes in my inventory and the description was along the lines of something that the robes were Durons after being handed down from the dead Cay Qel Droma. So I guess this story takes place after the TOTJ series but before KOTOR

This is the story about the three hunters who go on the hunt for the tetranek. This is the quest from KOTOR that begins on Dantooine at the jedi academy. I guess its set before the events of the first game but who knows how far or who's in it aside from the three main characters

I haven't read the entire TOTJ series. But the two TPB I own were okay. The ideas themselves were alright, but I just found something missing that tied me, the reader to the characters in the stories. A little too much 'find ancient sith relics , attempt to take over the galaxy' and not enough 'why do we give a sh*t about these people'

I hope you have a lot of fun with TSL. I liked it for the most part and its still fun on the fourth time around. My only advice is SAVE YOUR GAME OFTEN!

I thought Taris was better than Peragus. Peragus felt too linear, while the amount of time you could spend doing pretty much what you wanted to on Taris was quite cool. I agree with Rosbjerg in that the tutorial for TSL was much better than the one for KOTOR

I tuned in to see the preview for next week. Wow, it looks like something major is gonna happen. Only another six days....

When I was a young padawan, I used to have a blue winter coat with the white fur at the hood ala Solo in ESB. But when the first one came out I was usually Vader, since I could mimic the breathing noises he did and lower my voice pretty well for a five year old. It led to many smackdowns in the first grade, since everyone wanted to be Luke and try to lay a whuppin on the dark lord. BTW Kaftan this is just about the most intelligent topic I've seen on the boards since they locked the poll for Kumquatq3 vs. a chimp. You rule communist guy!!

The only thing that seems to suck about these cartoons is the voices. I mean , for the amount of dialouge going on you don't think they could have gotten the movie actors?
