Twang Twang Shock A Boom - Amnesty

I remember when we rented that, thinking "bad sci-fi movie, what the heck, we'll try it" and came away thinking "not bad at all!" Then the sequel ... so disappointing. I watched the Chronicles Of Riddick this morning. It's not exactly tripe or anything like that, but some of these Hollywood people need to learn that less is more. Also, I had the pleasure of watching Pan's Labyrinth . Man, that Captain was a real bastard. The scene with the wine bottle made me cringe.

I rewatched Pitch Black again last night. Decent sci fi. Don't ask me what the hell happened with sequel, however.

I heard a decent Cake song yesterday. I think it was All Sheep Go To Heaven.

So twenty four episodes next year, plus a mini series during the hiatus? Very cool.

Something other than a bribe and a bullet would have been nice. They've made Linderman out to be pretty evil. Where's his lackeys?

Sadly, this will probably ignite that giant lanky bastard. Look out for game five.

I told myself I wouldn't spend 110K on a house without a garage a few years back. Now they've just about tripled in price. At least the mortgage on my condo will be paid off in a year or two.

Although Linderman's fate was the high point of the episode for me, I can't help but feel a little dissapointed by how easily he was taken down. For a badass mobster, he sure didn't really put up much of a fight, now did he?

The Vision was (is?) a member of the Avengers. He was an android who could control his density, sort of like DL. As for the beginning, it was more a case of 'Claire, shoot me!', then 'Wait!!'. I found it funny.

I'm still playing the latest Spiderman game. I was owned by Harry earlier on in the week, so I've spent the last few days doing odd missions and powering up. He learned his lesson tonight. Big time!

The opening was pretty laughable, but by the end of the episode, wow. I wonder if the Vision ever used his powers like that...

I still can't decide who I want to advance in the west. I hate Anaheim with a passion, but Detroit is one of those teams where you just go 'meh'.
