why would she be described as your spiritual guide like jolee, then?
Maybe that is to fool us? Kreia does look a bit sinister. I'd be wary of heeding her advice. If she's neutral she could go either way.
-
Kreia is an old Jedi like Joelee, perhaps put in the game to take the place of Joelee...however from the gameplay footage and still frames in EGM she looks like a Sith. Im not just saying that because shes wearing a black robe with a hood in all the pictures, I say this because she looks pale, old, and Palpatine like. She looks like your PC from KOTOR if you went to the dark side. Did anyone else notice this about Kreia?
I think Kreia is neutral like Jolee, but maybe she leans 'slightly' to the darkside. She could go either way. She's probably one character who can be influenced by the PC, good or bad. But it's hard to ascertain her true motives from appearance alone. I doubt Kreia's a lightsider though.

The OT is very good but the prequels are baaaaad! I hope Lucas can redeem himself with Episode 3. That should be the darkest movie of the PT, maybe even darker than TESB. It has less reliance on SFX and focuses more on plot and characters, which is what the other 2 movies should have done. But what can you expect from Lucas, he's obsessed with CGI.

Another vote for story.
Characters would be next if the option was there.

By the way....who did enjoy carth in the first game?
Well, I can't say I "enjoyed" Carth but he was a decent character. He simply whines too much. I don't think Atton will be the same. There's nothing for him to complain about unless he's as untrusting as Carth.

well, T3 can't possibly be as useless as he was in Kotor.

Naga Sadow isn't in the databank but I did find this...
"about 5,000 standard years before the Battle of Yavin, the Republic discovered the Sith empire. An ambitious Dark Lord of the Sith named Naga Sadow decided he could conquer the vast Republic and began the Great Hyperspace War. His armies were defeated by the Jedi Knights. Other outbreaks of warfare between Jedi and Sith, and among the Sith themselves, took place over the next thousand years".

another sorta interesting thing is that guy that looks like a sith trooper is still with your party in the closing npc pan around. His armor is clearly not basic sith troop armor tho.
He might be an Iridorian. That guy in the Manaan mercenary enclave had armor similar to that. He'd be even more dangerous to have around than a sith. .

About halfway through when they're fighting Dark Jedi there's a new combat animation I think. It's hard to describe but it's like a slash that goes diagonally and has 2 attacks. That could be a more elaborate critical strike..
I've watched the trailer a few times now. It's quite good.

Emperor Palpatine.

The level cap has been increased. We don't know how high, though.

Thanks.
Downloading...

It is Master Flurry, it looked like that in the first game as well. Improved flurry had some purple shine I think.
That explains it then. I don't use Master Flurry.

^^
hey, what's this red glow around your hands? I don't recall seeing that effect in Kotor. Could be wrong tho...
Hmmm, either flurry or power attack. Can't remember which
Edit: removed image from quote...
I used Flurry a lot but not Power Attack. Could it be Critical Strike? Didn't use that either. I noticed it a few times on enemies but my own character never had the 'glow'.

Atton fights hand-to-hand from the look of it.

Is he a monk?

As long as it's optional, i couldn't care less.
My sentiments exactly.

Single saber (with the dueling feat) - the classic lightsaber style.
No double-bladed or dual wield crap for me...

Yes, he's the Emperor.
Some people think Palpatine is Sidious' clone but that's just silly.
Darth Sidious = Emperor Palpatine.
-
The Emperor all the way. He was the most deceptive of all,and so powerful that he didn't even need a lightsaber. B)
I bet he had a lightsaber you just didnt see it being used.
He has a lightsaber in Episode 3. And he uses it.

Darkside... of course.

I think the whole idea of caps is unimportnat because theys imply ADD nothing to the game. At all.
It's easier for developers to balance a game if they have a good idea of what level the player might be. Remove the cap and they don't have a clue.
DEVS, how about this idea?

I like that idea. It was boring to play only for credits. The stakes should be higher. of course, you will have to risk something too, maybe even your life... like the death match vs Bendak.
