I can forgive typos in the subtitles because a) they were under a harsh deadline and b) I only have them on so that I get the Success or Failure notification with influence and persuade so I'm not really looking at them unless I need this info. If there were an option to only show that when necessary but not any of the words (unless it's in an alien language of course ) it would be awesome.

It's soooo slow that it's pretty useless. Just fire off a few force heals and you'll be up to full for minimal force point cost (late in the game that is) and in no time flat to boot.

Gamespot's really tough on sequels on sequels that only expand on the gameplay of the original and don't really do much that's completely new. All I really care about with KOTOR is that it has a great story. You could keep the gameplay the same and give it a better story and I'd like it better.

He looked like he was form five to me. His moves looked powerful. Mine did more damage though. :D

The 40 extra force points was to make up for becoming jedi at level 8 (unless you saved levels). I don't think it's necessary in the sequel since we're jedi from the beginning. I thus think two extra force powers would be nice. If not at level one then maybe like one at 5 and the other at 10.

Well they certainly are not being completely truthful because it's a confirmed fact that T3-M4 will a party member so they can't have killed off your entire KOTOR party. I believe Obsidian was pretty clear in saying that there would be cameos. Perhaps the OXM people were talking about what happens if you tell KOTOR II that Revan went darkside because in that case, yes, almost all of your original party is dead because you killed them at the end of KOTOR.

Uhhh, EB Games is still saying Dec. 6 Xbox and Feb. 8 PC. So is amazon.com. And Gamestop. Where are you looking?

Obsidian should add a spoiler forum that we can avoid until February.

My theory (read: this is all speculation) is that Mace is fighting Palpatine. He dies and Yoda comes in super pissed and fights Palpatine to a draw (since they both have to survive). What I don't know is how it will end up in a draw. For some reason, I don't really see Palpatine running as Dooku did. Meanwhile Anakin and Obi Wan are off hunting Grievous and after he's dead (I bet Obi kills him because Anakin can't have all the fun), they go at it. Also Lucas told us that Anakin kills Dooku in the Return of the Jedi DVD commentary.

I believe Grievous' guards are very powerful robots. In one of the Republic Commando videos, they showed you fighting one and I believe the developer doing the commentaty said he was a robot.

Is that Obi Wan getting shocked by Anakin? Must be from the part where you play the final duel in-game.

Ooooh...Silver lightsabers. Also the addition of forms and all the different upgrade possibilities are nice as well. Although I do recall Mace Windu's form being discussed extensively in Shatterpoint and there it was called Vaapad and we also learned that Windu created it. So it doesn't really make sense that it's it KOTOR II.

I'm so depressed now. Bring on the lawyers, or whatever will make Bush go down.
