hmm halo leaking is different tho, lucasarts is a giant, its to big to let anything leak, in comparison bungie is abit of a minnow. and character expressions, its an rpg, the fact you can shape the characters themselves is way better than differentiating facial expressions, and do you need to swim?!?!?!. oh scripted, if you think kotor2 is gunna b scripted play a fps to find what scripted really means in a game

at least palpatine is a reasonably believable character, it just isnt plausible that someone powerful enough to freeze the senate, blow up a star and fite god knows how many jedi actually existed, look at vader he has the highest midichlorian count ever and he dusnt go rnd blowin up stars with sith magic

its just we never get to see all the raw darkside power he has, cos he must be like kickass powerful, and i would like that to be expressed in a less subtle way, with yoda you just look at him, hear him talk and know he wud own your insignifcant ass. with palpy tho i dont get that and would like to see more of it

all this talk of sith lords, encompassing darth sidious/emperor palpatine has made me wonder, for such an all powerful galaxy owning, death star driving vader killing menace he doesnt seem very sith like, i mean you only see him use his powers once, never uses a lightsaber and doesnt hav the whole yoda wisdom thing (not even in an evil way). ne1 else eva thought this or is it just moi...

is the bug intentional, cos there is no way a glitch like this can be intentional, the galaxy droid was obviously designed at sum point??

i encountered this glitch where i couldnt complete the kashyyk starmap. so neway i just carried on playing, having completed all the maps i could i decided to try kashyyk again, but on the way i was captured by the leviathon! nd i still hadnt dun all the maps so i completed the leviathon nd went back to the ebon hawk, now there are two zaalbars and a 'galaxy droid' which offers to take me to any of my previous locations, going back to taris is amusing but its the freakiest glitch ever!

carth was a fembot conceived by the darkside to try and force your pc into putting their lightsaber thru their throat

ohhh this one just hit me, if any of you watch/ed buffy you mite remember the character ethan rayne (giles old 'pal') well he was the voice actor for karath, and they appear to of molded karaths image rnd him so obviously he shud play karath plus he was a pritty fab actor. ethan_rayne_.bmp

no he is stating his opinion, just because you do not share it does not mean you have the right to say he is 'bashing people for his own amusement'. out of the people that post on here you are the least receptive to opinions that you do not agree with (bar perhaps hades who seems to exist purely to disagree with people and slander kotor), so perhaps instead of making unprovable claims you should argue your point in a slightly more refined way, it wouldnt do ou any harm thats for sure

not gunna bother makin ne suggestions bar one RUSELL CROWE AS REVAN he is the best actor around for a fighting character (would of been mel gibson but he is a bit old now) what i rele wanted to do is say how brilliant this thread has been, most enjoyable and amusing one iv seen yet, nice work hueva started it (hueva got the pic from the magazine, cud ya tell me wot mag it was)

quite, bioware wasnt give free reign with the script etc, la had to clear everything, so if they cleared 'inaccurate' material they obviously did it consciously. if that is the case then we can come to the conclusion that la didnt think the inaccuracys were damning and to be honest, who knows better la or individual gamers

i do agree with the whole everything should be as accurate as possible argument but there are limitations to how accurate things can be, especially in transeferring from cartoon to video games, personally i thought that kotor was a great game even though the votdl wasnt perfect.

tru but you still have to admitt for each type of attack there was only one animation, the only variation came when blocking enemy attacks

i agree completely lightsaber duel animations were pathetic, something which is being adressed in kotor 2 apparently

yes it probably is overused, but then it is lukes homeworld and therefore understandable, personally it was my favourite planet on kotor bar the useless non doors in anchorhead. perhaps my friend its just a case of you reading/watching to much star wars

i seem to remeber hearing that when shooting lightsaber fights in epi 1 ewan mcgregor and jake loyyd had to be told to stop 'creating the sound effects themselves and leave it to the specialists' hehe i could imagine them vwhingin and vwhooshing

every novel hmm dont seem to remember it featuring in the thrawn trilogy, or duology, so the list continutes, from sum1 hu is such a stickler for correctness in the star wars universe im kinda surprised

looking at what mr barlast sed i assume we have never come across the sith'ari, it cannot be anakin since he did not bring the glorious sith empire thingy and anway, he was more a sort of lightside'ari lol scuse the phrase. the only thing i could think of is perhaps its sum dude hu like founded that anicent sith empire that lasted a while? help anyone hu is more informed...
