Since Churchill just dressed in a snazzy tux, he doesn't really have any characteristics that define him well in 16-bit form, so I did my best to make his jowls and double chin show. I'm afraid that the shadowing I did might look like facial shrubbery though.

Fixed: I couldn't find many references for Russian WWII uniforms with my quick GIS searching that weren't in black and white, and I wasn't familiar with them offhand, so I just made most of the colors up.
