I have the same problem, after the fight with Raedric, there was no quest update, no cutscene, but I also fought them away from the throne area - made a bottleneck at the nearby door, so maybe that way the bug can be reproduced. I don't know how far back I will have to go to redo this, because I thought nothing was wrong and went back to the city and was expecting to meet Kolsc there and most of my saves are now overwritten. Please fix this, guys, this is kind of game-breaking not to be able to continue the quest chain.

I lost a nice flail that I found at the end of the quest Buried Secrets. At some point later I just noticed that my main character is missing the flail and a shield from the first weapon set, but I had already overwritten the saves, so if I wanted to revert, I would have had to go way back... so I'm just going on, but I'm sad about the nice item that I've lost. Please find a way to fix this disappearing items bug, it's quite real.

I seem to have the same issue, in my profile it is stated that I have "Pillars of Eternity Kickstarter Badge"...but I cannot see it on my posts.
