Heya D_R - which browser and such are you using? Is anyone else also experiencing this issue? D_R - can you also try it in an alternative browser - if you have one to help troubleshoot if it is browser specific?

If you are going with a Dell - look at the 1730, fwiiw. DO NOT get the creative software. Which OS? Kaftan is right more RAM the better. I would put in no less than 2GB (if Vista 4GB). RPM HDD - again Kaftan is right - the 7200 is what you want. I currently have a 1710 - brilliant investment! Hope this helps.
