  1. I am the opposite. I pick the Talents for the Talents (playing on Hard), to me tying the skills to talents is garbage because it reduces out of combat roleplaying. I would rather choose my skills, because most skills don't matter in combat and having a bunch of low skills is bad for out of combat roleplaying.
  2. I agree with these sentiments. I don't like the new system and I think the loading tips should be an option, I'd rather not have them there and just be able to look at the art.

  4. The Icewind Dale in-level renders are nicer, I think they may have painted over them though.
  5. Are you finding that Stone and Adra beetles have more Stamina / Health ? The health dot display is bugged (they should change that to a health bar tbh), but they're not dying anywhere near as quick now. I also find I'm not doing as much Arbalest damage.

  7. Is anyone else having issues with some of the modal abilities? Now it seems like you have to re-enable them at the start of combat every time, and for some reason they are turned off sometimes. I enabled my Paladin and Fighter modals at the start of combat, but they turned off moments later, and it keeps happening.
  8. I fixed this by verifying my Steam Cache. It no longer happens. Patch must have corrupted some files.

  10. I have the same bug, I can't scroll down and read what abilities do, because it only works on mouseover.
  11. One of the guys trying to get the Drake Egg has one, otherwise you can cheat one in with this console command additem pistol_fine 1
  12. Stone Beetles seem like they're much harder to kill now.

  14. Beetle placement in the Dyrford Crossing seems much better now, large groups hiding off to the sides - good stuff. Lots of new item icons.
  15. The Chanter has two abilities right down the bottom, I haven't checked if they are universal yet. One is a big self-health heal, the other is a small health heal for anyone. However I'm not sure how to use the ability as it does not appear in my action bar.

The difficulty is now back, although there seems to be some very strange bugs where characters get stuck in strange animation loops and stand up and fall down on the spot, rather than doing what they are told, almost like they're falling through the navmesh and it cancels their actions ... weird
  17. It's a temporary icon. There's a lot of new changes I don't like - such as Talents that heal health ... WAT. Why even have the Health system in the first place ? Don't really like the new way that skills are gained, even though it's good that the focus on skill point assignment is taken away from the leveling up phase.
  18. Various party members (BB Dwarf Fighter and Main PC on some save/loads), NPCs (all the time) and Monsters (so far, just Wood Beetles) are floating through the ground
  19. Mine is a new windows reinstall, I don't have any saves or even any temporary PE files leftover.
  20. v301 fixed Lanterns being on at night In v333 they are back, and the night time crickets are playing during the day again
  21. 2 clicks in v278 centered the camera on the character, now even numbers of clicks moves the camera down and left, and 3 clicks centers on the character.
