  1. That's good to hear =D because mass effect 3 seemed to have cordoned off the gameplay from the story and i think it was mostly the fault of the story mode and if the same were to happen to this game i feel like something like... a fight breaking out in a town or w/e wouldn't be possible.
  2. I love the ideas of all the expert modes and hope to play through them all myself. But the idea of the opposite a "story mode" scares me because doesn't this lead to game design where no gameplay could be present in the story and vice versa?
  3. Heart of Fury mode in iwd2 was pretty cool how about something like that?
  4. mm i guess i didn't play enough to be sick of them i think i could only cast it once or twice before needing to rest let alone finding an enemy worthy enough to cast it on
  5. Let's not forget i think you should be able to skip them of course.
  6. I remember in PST the really high lvl spells had these cool little mini cut scenes to emphasize just how powerful they were would you like to see something similar in project eternity?
  7. ill just leave these here i wonder what u guys think. Anita Sarkeesian Part 1 Anita Sarkeesian Part 2
  8. I guess the people who cant wrap their head around being able to separate non combat abilities from combat ones never played nwn2 or iwd? spell progression combat feats etc were separated from diplomacy, open lock, lore blah blah and your decisions in specialization of those abilities were tied to how many points you could allocate determined by class and int mods which worked fine imo.
  9. I would rather have 1 pc + npcs i ended up playing a solo sorc in iwd and a solo druid/monk/sf/dc in soz.
  10. I liked gaining perks that were unlocked after completeing certain story or gameplay events (AP) and the heroic epithet/history feat system that was in nwn2 so if its similar to that im all for it.
  11. What i loved most about playing the old infinity engine games was playing a sorcerer or any of the other casting classes. Layering protections of blur mirror images stoneskins improved invisibilities prepping chain contingencied horrid wiltings and lower resist spell triggers and preparing to break enemy defenses with true sights and breach spells was a really fun aspect of the game for me, but when it came to deciding what my fighter would do it basically came down to having him run into a mob of enemies an hope they hit him instead of my casters. Once in a while u'd click a greater whirlwind or something or play with some passive skills that basically just shifted your hit rating and damage/defense ratios. so i guess what im asking for is more active skills similar to what casters can do for non casting classes.. shield bashes? eye gouges... multi shot arrows something anything
