Not really, no. In some 3rd person view moments you might be able to, but nothing like you can do with Kotor.

you can use the mouse to move your head around (the camera) to see your surrounds if that is what ur aswking

it's a lovely thing.

Fire has always been my favorite, Diablo, Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Fallout but not in Bloodlines. Say no to fire in Bloodlines. Kotor doesn't have fire based force powers. I use cold based spells as secondary. Seeing them freeze than shatter is fascinating.

That is sad.
