  1. IWD2 it's only saving grace is the other races you can play, like drow.
  2. Multiclass for the win. I play nonhuman races.
  3. The only thing stupid on this page is your naive and foolish comment how the US forces should deal with this Jaba which just proves the fact you're talking pure BS. How will you send one sniper to go find another in a vast city such as Bagdad, plus US sniper teams go on the field in two man teams - a shooter and a spotter, not one man hotshot style - this is no Arnie movie... That's why it's practley impossible for the US forces to catch him like that. My view is that it's a long shot, they'll catch Juba when/if he makes a mistake. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Read a few posts up to see where I got the damned idea from. I wasn't thinking of a stupid movie. Fools
  4. I thought you gained levels but simply stepping on bugs? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's possible <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Cool. I can be level 25 before I meet the first end boss.
  5. Why would I like that?
  6. Sewers are trivial, who gives a flying f*** over it? Sewers sucks, they smell and they have weird creatures. Now if you were talking about dungeons than yes get uptight and cry like a babe about it. Thanks for playing, Game Over!
  7. Ubi Soft sucks thanks to that piece of dung called PoR2. They ruined a perfectly good game idea by releasing that piece of trash plus they ruined a good company called SSI . I won't buy anything by them.
  8. Wow getting up uptight about something so trivial like sewers.
  9. Electric Hellfire Club "Hell Flower" Poppies.
  10. Absolutly not.
  11. I thought you gained levels but simply stepping on bugs?
  12. During the battle of Stalingrad the Germans had a sniper that was picking off the Russian soldiers. In order to get to him, the Russians brought in their best sniper to hunt him down, which he did and killed him.
  13. Hahaha what a fool.
  14. IWD2 leveling sucks and I blame it on stupid 3rd ed rules. That's one thing I hated about IWD2. The other IE games were far better under 2nd ed rules.
  15. Anything not above 10 is pathetic. Level 99 should be the cut off point.
  16. No silly. Just made me jump back from the computer, which meant they scored a few hits on me before I can react.
  17. Why thankyou. It is very much like me.
  18. Snipers are elusive hunters, in order to take one out you need to send one after them. To take out a sniper you send in one of your own to hide in the areas where this one is at. At times I question the military "intelligence" when it comes to such things.
  19. Any of those places that had those headrunners, scared the hell out of me. Their screeching sounds they make and they jump at you all of a sudden scared the hell out of me.
  20. Electric Hellfire Club "Kali on Acid"
  21. No, but I am stuck on a balance between rules mechanics and story design. Both need to compliment each other in a balance in order to make a great CRPG. Saying damn the rules, you have an action game and not a CRPG. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You're too busy looking at each tree and not enjoying the whole forest, to put it in perspective.
  22. Seems like a contradiction to me. Wouldn't something as fantastic as Planescape be the quintessential fantasy setting? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Absolutley not.
  23. Of course they are. *Edit* Damn mods must have deleted the topic on who's with Obsidian now that came from Troika.
  24. I'll take a no sale from me. Fallout 3 should be done by Obsidian where most of the former devs to the 1st two games are at now.
  25. It wouldn't sell. Fans these days want uber characters that level up quickly and gain god like weapons or feats or whatever. If the Devs want to follow the rules than they need to make a game that is longer and intersting and worth the slow journey to get there. BG1 I saw was mentioned and that is a prime example. You leveled slowly but during your journey you went on may side quests and met exciting people and places. The games created today are sadly throw aways. You play it once or twice to completion and you're done.
