iirc, those "immortals" were the best units in the game.

No it was in an video interview - I believe - let me check ... Okay it is from Scifibrain blog blurb: http://scifibrain.ign.com/index.php?option...3129&Itemid=121 They're primarily talking about the second graphic novel, but they have indicated at the end there continues to obviously be a possibility and they link it to the sales of the DVD. Heck they already have Serveity in CD-DVD! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> HD-DVD? The dvds give it a chance (Firefly is still #11 on Amazon, while Serenity is #28), but the best hope for a sequel is Joss kicking box-office ass with Wonder Women. The lack of talk is discouraging tho

Senator Ted Stevens on The Internets!
It is and it isn't. Politically well connected gambling, like horse racing and the state lotteries, wouldn't be effected. It's an election year morality vote.

~4 minute Mass Effect trailer on 360 marketplace
If only any of their hyped games turned out to be worth the hype. If only. Also, Bioshock, Alan Wake, RE5, and I suspect 1 or 2 more of those games arn't 360 only. Which means they might be good.

Lebanese rockets hit Israel after airport attack!
It seems too damn possible. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, its not even close. This is just about Israel sending a message of "You mess with us, we're going to mess you up ten times as bad." The Hizbollah could never operate as freely as they do without the consent of the Libanese goverment, so Israel is trying to pressure them into keeping the Hizbollah on a tighter leash. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hell, the US is pulling warships out of the area

Isreal invades Lebanon
We are human beings. We are a violent and adversial species. Just look how we entertain ourselves. Just look how we resolve our problems. From the cradle tothe deathbed, it is in our instinct to wage war, to kill one another. For there to be a lasting peace we need to remove human element out of the equation. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Someone played alot of combat-boy in Fallout, huh

Isreal invades Lebanon

Isreal invades Lebanon
You know, you're right. We're American damn it. We shouldn't be saying it, we should be investing billions into doing it.

2006 FIFA World Cup
depends on the slurs. If its "your momma" jokes, he obviously over-reacted. If he was telling him how he was going to rape his mother and sister, not so much

Isreal invades Lebanon
Shoudn't the title read: "Fringe groups supported by Lebanon invade Israel and take hostages"

2006 FIFA World Cup
No doubt they were big offenders, but they wern't the only ones by any means. side note: Viewership of the cup was up 183% in the US (no numbers, just heard it on the radio).....wonder how many of those will watch next time? Bad press is better than no press I guess.

interesting take on Zidane and flopping from a writer who mainly writes about American Football (I happen to mainly agree with it): I felt to bits about him not diving and how the announcers seemed to accept (and even encourage) flops were spot on. I've never even heard of Zidane before this cup (shocking to many of you, I gather), but I could tell pretty quick that he is the type of guy that the cup needs more of. Mentality wise, skill wise is obvious. - 2006 FIFA World Cup
