For some people when they tried to install the 1.03 beta patch the patcher would stop at that file claiming that it is different than the one that it's supposed to be looking for. The end result was that the patching process would fail. The file provided above is I assume a copy from a brand new install and so would be what the patcher is looking for.

Well if we check out how many of them are powerplay goals... McCabe hasn't been getting as many so Tucker seems to have picked them all up.

My character is a 12th level rogue/7th level fighter.

Meh. The only thing that really keeps him alive is his AC. The only thing that really manages to hit him is boss characters or the lucky critical hit. If it's just the lucky crit, he's usually managed to heal up back to full before the next hit thanks to his ring of regen. I actually botched his weapons earlier when I screwed up the enchantments. <_<

Really? I think I found three my last playthrough, but it could be four. And I know it's quite possible I missed one in Castle Neverwinter due to lack of lockpicking skills. But I thought I got all valuable gems outside of that. Unless Sand's inventory resets, never went to his shop before he joined tha party. Or if one of the keep merchants I didn't got has one. Although my point still stands (depending on how many items you want Bracers +8, Strength +8 or Energy resistances +30 on) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think I found a couple late in Act 3 at the two new merchants that pop up in Neverwinter Merchant's district. This is my current inventory. I've already used at least three Blue Diamonds and at least one Rogue Stone that I can remember. Might have used a few other things, but I can't recall.

I got the same problem. Just re-installed/re-patched and it installed perfectly. Don't know what caused it. The only thing that I can think of is that I did some fiddling with some of the campaign modules in the toolset. Didn't actually change anything, but it would autosave every five minutes.

I haven't played it, but from just looking over what it is seems like they have mashed together a whole bunch of other mods and made them all play nice. Just judging by who has been working on it I'd say it's probably very well done. The few mods that I've played from the modders over at Spellhold have all be very good. Doesn't look like it's amazingly easy to install judging by the instructions here but that's kinda to be expected considering you are really installing nearly a dozen mods. The only thing that makes me hesitate is that it includes the TeamBG mods as part of the package. I know that The Darkest Day was a buggy piece of crap when it first came out, but I haven't followed it's development so I don't know what kind of bug squashing has gone on since then.

P4 is bad? I thought it was more like average. Where does a Celeron stand? Worst? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Celerons don't deserve to be on the same list. *kicks old computer* <_<

I didn't have anything nearly that nice. In fact, I can't really remember what we had so it couldn't have been that great.

Just a quick comment here. 1. An auto-organize button, or perhaps separate pages for different types of items would be very nice and really cut down on the inventory management. 2. I absolutely hated the Kotor inventory system. It took longer to find something in that inventory than it does to find something in the NWN2 inventory. <_<

Gotta be a critical. You'd only need a 31 point hit to get the 124 out of a critical. On the bright side, a critical hit that bad, he probably didn't even feel it before he died.

What did you hit him with? Scythe critical?

Heh. Nice clipping going on there. Once had a greatsword sticking right through Khelgar's head during a cutscene, but thats all I've had happen to me. Guess I've just gotten lucky with character placement. ^_^ What resolution have you been playing at. Not sure why you are getting such bad performance. I've been getting 10+ FPS in most areas and I've got a worse computer than you do.
