Vin does play the same character in both movies. Chronicles of Riddick is a sequel to Pitch Black. If you can find it there was also a shorter (30 minute) animated movie called Dark Fury that was set between the two movies.

Don't know anything about Hitachi's drive record so I haven't bought any. The only Tb drives I've seen ( I really haven't been looking too hard though ) have been smaller drives RAIDed together to get a Tb. I have had a good run with Western Digital and Seagate has a good rep as well as a 5 year warranty. I figure if they have that much confidence in their drives, they're not planning on replacing too many. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hitachi announced their new 1TB drives at CES last week. Link

I remember playing that mission as the allies. I can't count how many times that I died attempting to get into that courtyard. Always seemed to have 4 people standing right beside each entrance ready to full burst anyone who walked through. I ended up using an RPG to blow a hole in the wall near the corner and going through there. <_<

What exactly do you do with all your hard drive space? Don't you also have several 500GB drives as well?

You aren't the only one. I remember reading that somewhere a few months ago, but I can't recall where it was now.

Im just curious, is this a home built system? Ive never seen a PC that didnt have a fan for the processor. IIRC, my rig has one for the power supply, one for the processor and one mounted directly on the video card (GE Force 6800) which I hadnt seen before until I bought it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Lol ok. The only fan I don't have is a case fan. I do have one for the CPU and my vid card has a heatsink. Plus the PS fan. Anyway I bought a Western Digital 233Gb 7200rpm 8Mb Cache for 89$CAN which I think is a pretty good deal. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> $10 cheaper than what I've usually been able to find them for.

I had these two, or rather I had Commander Keen and the Shareware version of Cosmo's Cosmic Adventures. Not that it mattered as I couldn't beat the boss at the end of level ten. It dropped you in a big pit with the slippery walls so your suction cup hands didn't work as well and the boss was this giant ball with spikes on the bottom that tried to crush you. I could usually get maybe only one or two hits in on him before I got killed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You weren't supposed to defeat that boss. Him killing you was their way of saying "if you don't like it give us money." I remember decoding the funky hidden alphabet in Commander Keen. so I could see what all those random messages said. Trust me, it wasn't worth the time. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Those jerks! How could they do that to me!? I was only 4 at the time. I didn't have any money to give them. :'( I never bothered to translate the secret messages myself. I looked them up on the internet years later though.

If you are spending $100 on a hard drive and only getting 100GB then you need to do some searching. A quick search shows 80GB drives as low as $60* and 250GB at around $100*. *All approximate prices listed in Cdn dollars.
