Does it really freaking matter if it's 5 or 6? The point is that consoles are a better value and have longer use before you have to "upgrade" and the fact PC developers are always pushing (always always always) for higher and higher specs each game they make means the target audience keeps getting smaller and smaller

As long as sony doesn't alienate the 3rd party developers like nintendo did, I think they'll stay on top. Unless a lot of the games/series that were on the PS2 migrate to the 360 this time around.
