Stats Summary. Threre is no other modificators for weapon range in this case. Or I'm wrong?

"Through the Keyhole" perk description says +50% weapon range. But in fact in give +225% weapon range bonus. Example: Repeating rifle stats have 32.5m Effective range in stock. With "Through the Keyhole" Effective range must be 38.75m (+50%). But in fact when I check stats it shows 73.125m (+225%)
