Got ME2, did the whole Lazarus thing. I like Miranda, but Jacob it the usual Carth stand-in. Combat is much improved, load times are 5-10s, not really a problem. Playing as an infilatrator from my old saves.

I personally know someone who's disc drive crapped out because of Starforce. Also, it worked for about 6 months, not forever.

I found a good compromise. Some sort of headphone armor that looks pretty cool, shows the face and gives a bonus (to accuracy I think). Reminds me of all the ridiculous crap you could strap to your head in KOTOR II.

As others said the one from GOG is just a wrapper and integrated with the game. If you want DOSBox itself you can download it from the official site and it is open source.

Yeah their DOSBox wrappers are awesome. Trying to set something up with D-Fend Reloaded is a real pain.

It works fine on my Asus Eee PC 1000H.
