This is a good debate and one that I have had with others and its about what should people be charged with that is reasonable considering the myriad of different people who participated in the violence or were sometimes just spectators It doesn't seem like an accurate framing to say it was an example of insurrection, this is the definition of insurrection "An insurrection is violent action that is taken by a large group of people against the rulers of their country, usually in order to remove them from office" Most of the protestors seemed to believe spurious conspiracy theories or were very uninformed about how the election had been proven to be valid. So that means you would be trying to prove these people wanted to stop something that was already over ….surly we must consider the actual state of mind of some of the protestors? If you had to question them to understand intent the fact most of them thought they were doing the right moral and patriotic action makes it hard to call this insurrection? You must charge them with violence to people and property and damage to property and other similar crimes. If we use the charge of insurrection I feel that would undermine real insurrection which does have a plan that is about real control of any government ….you don’t want to give this mob agency or recognition for something they didn’t really have a understanding of ?

Yeah, its the overall efficacy of the Chinese vaccines I question. They work and they wont kill you but much less efficacy. Maybe 50-65 % compared to Western vaccines of 70-90 % generally with both jabs Western vaccines will always be my first choice, I took Pfizer now. I will only take the Russian and Chinese vaccines if I had no choice

I got my first vaccine today, very organized and the whole process took 1 hour in and out I had to take one of the Sinopharm vaccines because we have several different vaccines and you take what is available on the day I am sure it is fine, I have noticed I can suddenly understand some words in Mandarin and I dont think the CCP suppresses human rights anymore....I assume this is normal right

Well done for meeting someone you know from the forum in RL, it sounded like a really nice gathering Their is no one active in SA from this forum and in all my years of gaming and the games I play, including MMO, that has always been the case but I have always been surprised how no one on this forum has generally met other members when members live in the same city. I wouldnt necessarily expect people to travel to other states or cities. I would definitely be keen to meet some forum members if we lived in the same city but thats just me I understand that their would be various reasons for this lack of RL interaction and that is fine and justified But I do find it unusual from a social perspective that when people have been chatting on forums for years and have things in common they have no interest in meeting in RL ..even occasionally ? Does anyone know or can anyone explain why that is from a personal perspective?

Raising taxes is definitely not theft, its the primary way that all governments fund their numerous expenses and the way all our governments function. Unless you have profitable state owned institutions , like the Norwegian state owned oil company, I am not sure how anyone expects any government to be functional ?

But how can you trust anything that comes from the CCP, you literally have no way of corroborating anything as factual that they say because they simply control access to information that the outside world knows about For example let me give you an example, has the CCP admitted Corona originated from China? Why do you need to unionize to deal with blatant sexism that is already addressed in normal office codes of conduct that everyone should sign and be aware of when you join any listed company. I have worked 22 years in white collar jobs in listed companies and not once has it even been remotely discussed in the SA media narrative that we need unions to deal with bigotry So this idea for Activision makes no sense to me?
