Not all silencers do, I found a Silencer Type 3 with no negative damage modifier.

Since you get it sometimes in safehouses too I doubt it has anything to do with enemies loading in.

Options -> Graphics there is the Motionblur setting, directly above the gamma slider.

It's not a solution if you work with chain shot and sniper rifles, I can imagine it improves it for the AR run and gun people, but for surgical strikes it makes it worse.

No, it's not. The problem with the mouse isn't magically eleminated with a not so original .exe. I tried because I would like to play without this problem, the mouse movement gets me killed the most while playing, but reverted back to the original since it doesn't help.

I wish there were an option to assign skills to Number Keys on the PC, pressing Z, select the right skill and pressing Q to execute gets a bit frustrating. Especially with the stealth line since 'invis' and 'silent movement' are seperate skills.

It limits your frame rate to 30, which is really bad and results in very unprecise mouse movement. This is very noticeable when using a sniper rifle with scope.

My only 2 gripes with this minigame is, the mouse movement while hacking is sluggish and the keyboard movement is slooooow. The other thing is, after aquiring the skill "Hackers Luck" from the sabotage line sometimes those hacking and lockpick attempts abort for no reason after setting the first tumbler or code sequence. You just get thrown out of the minigame with an onscreen message "Hackers Luck" even if you set them correctly.

Somehow I have troubles to follow the storyline in the german localization, the subtitles just fly by. Most of the time you only get 3 to 4 words at a time printed on screen and since the conversations are so fast paced it feels more like a little blinking show. The idea to give the impression of a fast paced conversation through short texts is a little counter productive, especially when translated from english to german. When you grasp the whole meaning of a sentence the time for dialog options is almost used up already.

I play a stealth specialized char with just pistols as a Weapon, it took me 3 hours to do the first mission in Saudi Arabia alone. I tried to avoid what could be avoided, so playstyle definitely has an impact on the time needed. Running and gunning would be much faster but I don't need an Espionage RPG Game to do that. Stealth specialization and a Pistol = much fun.
