  1. Well, I'd say that only Bioware and Obsidian can "confirm" the game. However, given how long the rumors of KoToR have lasted without being shot down -- I'd say that the odds are good indeed that Obisidian is working on the highly anticipated sequel.
  2. I think its a shame that J.E., whom I believe was the first to use the "mystary" term, is not a part of Obisidan. Feargus, CA and JE -- its like breaking up the three musketeers.
  3. dont forget new reno in fallout 2!!! the guy has proven himself time and again and hes a kick ass designer. id like him to work on somethign which allows him to have a lot of creativity, and not work on dnd where his creativity would be limited a lot. Given how original Planescape Torment was, I doubt a future D&D game would be that inhibiting for CA and crew. Plus, they could set the game in Eberron, which would free the designers from the constraints of more established settings (aka baggage) of the Forgotten Realms and the like.
  4. Given what CA had done with the prologue section of IWD2 (which I thought was the best section of the game) and his previous work on the acclaimed Planescape Torment, I would be estatic if Obisidian did a D&D game with CA in the lead role. Please Feargus and CA?
  5. Given how long the rumors have lasted between KOTOR2 and Obsidian -- I'd say the odds are very good that the rumors are indeed true.
  6. Well, I heard that Puerto Rico wants to be the 51st State of the Union, so Obsidian may be okay for project no. 51.
  7. I'm sorry to hear that Jessica is not a part of Obsidian, but hopefully she is enjoying life outside of gaming.
  8. Hey all! Glad to see so many familar faces... errr... make that avatars here. P.S. To the webguys and gals at Obsidian, good job on the forums -- looks good and performance speed is excellent!
  9. It would be a good time to make the annoucement, so hopefully the answer is yes.
  10. If Obsidian is indeed working on KotoR2, I wonder if they will follow the game design of the original or go in different and perhaps more original tagent. Although most sequels tend to be "more of the same", I suspect that Obisidian may take a different route, given that this would be THE game that their new company would be evaluated upon.
