  1. Yup. Can't imagine I'm going to use it much, but it'll be nice to have so I don't forget how I want to beat things over the head rather than stand there and be the party damage sponge.
  2. *Looks at wikipedia*Black Blood Brothers? Big Bad Beetleborgs? Bad Blue Boys? Big Brother Brazil? Maybe he thinks bike parts will solve the problem? http://www.bbbparts.com/
  3. from Thorton's Twitter: Someone at Obs appears to be trying to make the best of this.
  4. Oh, QQ more. Honest to feck... if you really weren't that happy with KotOR 2, then why have you come back to Obsidian? I thought disappointment left a lasting bad taste in the mouth? And it's been said time and again, Obs can't say anything until Sega gives them leave to! God knows how long that's going to take...
  5. Not sure what'll happen with your first ever dialogue choice, but I seem to remember Obs saying in a video that once a stance is chosen, the game will always default to that stance in every conversation if the timer ticks out.
  6. And the U.K. localisation STILL hasn't changed its date, nor have the majority of major U.K. retailers. Zavvi says the 30th... any takers?
  7. I just want more info on specific in-game stuff, now. I'm a complete sucker for character customisation and I'd really like to see more than we've been given so far. I'd imagine that this is more than doable too, what with folk waiting until release day to make changes...
  8. Lord knows that's gonna change, though. Sega aren't going to turn round and go "y'know, the U.K.'s been getting shafted something chronic over release dates for years, maybe we should give it to them this year." It'd be nice, but y'know :D
  9. It could have been done a bit more subtlety, but let's face it, Sega just lost points with everyone.
  10. Fair enough, but surely there's not that many games that are warranting a preorder? Even I can't see that many, and I'm a sucker for extra bells and whistles courtesy of Collector's Editions and such.
  11. I was gonna say I'll never understand these people that QQ and cancel pre-orders, though. Surely that's less incentive for Sega to release? Or has something flown over my head again?
  12. Just to elaborate on the whole date difference, it looks like everywhere except the U.S. will be getting Alpha Protocol this month. I asked on Twitter if the change from a 3-day difference to an 8-month difference was a special for AP but I have to receive a response
  13. Err, guys? Remember my Ballad of Gamestracker.com? The Sega site is doing the exact same thing. Apparently, the UK at least, is still getting Alpha Protocol this month. Now I ask you... Wut?
  14. Just to add fuel to the fire, folks, and I'm completely aware that this is far from concrete stuff, but I found it interesting nonetheless. Having set my default location to U.K. on gamestracker.com, I'm told that Alpha Protocol will be seeing a release on the 30th of October. However, when I change it to the U.S., I'm told that I'll be waiting until the 1st of June next year. I've seen most (read: UK-based) of my frequent game-purchasing sites list October, too, but that's besides the point. Just thought I'd throw this in. Cheers.
