Well i had a game where i use vanilla bashing shield with Souldblade/trickster using mostly soul annihilation for attacking. It was very fun but overall its very niche.

Well in vanilla only good bash shield is the monk one. To be honest i find the unmodded game is unplayable.

Hi, you can download shield bash fix from nexus mods, its not op shield gets normal weapon scaling(with low base damage).

Soul Blade/ Trickster, very fun gameplay and high damage potential with good defense. You should try it.

Rogue multiclass has bigger SA numbers overall, yes. But Forbidden Fist/Soul Blade combo has more DPS overall imo.

Another spell that nobody talks about is the Minoletta's Precisely Piercing Burst, crazy high penetration and damage. And its vs reflex which you can reduce to nothing, lots of crits.

Well i tried grave calling just to be sure and it works nicely, its very good because chill fog has low penetration crits help with that and also paralyze effect when you crit. Its also apply monk duality fire lash, lightning strike lash and cipher raw lash if you use community patch. Very satisfying build you can non stop cast cipher spells.

A better idea could be 'top 10 most powerful builds'. Making a class tierlist with that many options is very hard. For example, single class wizard, single class monk, souldblade-forbidden fist, that lord of the imps build vs..

Voidwheel's necrotic lance gets benefit from weapons quality and stufs like deathblows, sneak attack, streetfigters damage bonus. Very powerful if you build around it.

I checked psion btw now, with this +4 power level setup its generates focus surprisingly fast.

I agree Psion would work too, even maybe better than beguiler when you fight few enemies when fighting bosses.
