    did the same thing.. its not a bug its only not the right door.. if i remember right ,when you face the door go right an exit and comme back on the other side the right door is there .. yeah maybe a bug just fast travel on HIA Facility Exterior instead..

    Hi i have a bug for finishing the quest "ambrosse intersection" they say to return to my ship and tell Ada to call Lucien. I go back to my ship but AdA is "brigthen" but no "X" or clickable option work... but if i go to tartarus aftee the guard speak to my now the choice to call Lucien apears but you can't go back to deliver the journal...
