The healthcare system was broken before the Unaffordable Care Act, but you don't fix it by passing a law with a bunch of perverse incentives for people to game the system and for providers to jack up costs and for the consumer to not care because they are subsidized or the insurer bears the costs. Dungeon Rats is kind of like a combat expansion pack for AOD, so asset reuse is not an issue. But you now get a controllable party and 3 difficulty settings. Of course if you didn't like the AOD combat, there's no reason you'd like DR, unless it had to do with difficulty or lack of.

Figured out in Grim Dawn it's best to head straight to the next portal and capture it, then explore. That way if you quit you can come back directly to where you left off.
