The decision to restrict loot by level seems very dumb to me. What's the point of getting loot if you can't use it anyway? In general the RPG systems seem weak so far, the rest of the game is very good though.

Good idea, how do we get there though? ACA wasn't a solution, prices still went up. They had a law which said provider compensation for Medicare could only increase at the rate the economy grew, but every year Congress doing the work of the medical lobby would override that, even though the 10 year budget projection always assumed the provision was still in place for future years. Yes, it's very reasonable because if we had no quotas we might get 10's of millions of people a year, far more than we can absorb. Immigration should be for US benefit, not the benefit of foreigners. We already get 1 million immigrants a year, and another million on temporary work permits that tend to become permanent. That's more than enough.

Right, low skilled legal immigrants will demand high wages just like their American counterparts. We have plenty of legal immigration now, most people want it reduced, not increased. Corporations want both legal and illegal immigration, because they know labor oversupply results in lower wages.

Btw, I started playing with the 360 controller but dumped it for the Steam controller when I realized I really need to map the signs to face buttons, which I can do with the Steam controller, and even mapped the quick save.

Points of interest reward you with next to no XP. You get most XP for main questline, then for secondary quests (this is tiered even further by getting more XP for secondary quests directly tied to main questline as opposed to those which are not), and you get the least XP for... Well, anything else, really. Additionally, the game rewards a lot less XP for quests which are way below your level. You do find new quests in the points of interests though, and things like abandoned villages and monster nests that do give XP, and places of power which increase your skills. Anyway, I did all the available quests and finished the starting area at level 3 and recommended for next area is 5, which is kind of strange, but I'm hoping if I do everything I'll at least get as close as possible to where I'm supposed to be.

I found I'm having to do all the points of interest because I'm below the recommended level for my next main task. Looks like it's going take quite a while to get through the game, I'll play it off and on in sections so I can play other stuff as well.

Yes, that's the point I was making, you probably shouldn't be telling us what to do. So far as I know they don't go to jail for possession, only for dealing, but a lot of times dealing gets pleaded down to possession.

The first game did it well but I thought Last Light had too many mask areas. I felt like I had to run through those sections, and I always prefer the slow, methodical approach. Also there was one level where enemies were firing from everywhere and I had a lot of trouble seeing them. Had to switch to easy just to continue.

To me Taris was the best level. So much to do there.

The only thing that really matters in losing/gaining weight is how many calories you consume, unless you exercise a ton. If you're gaining weight, figure out how many calories you consume in a day and you'll be shocked. Also it's virtually impossible to lose weight if you eat in restaurants or eat processed food. You got to cook your own food only using healthy stuff and figure out how many calories you can have per meal and restrict your portions to that.
