So?

Ask me about Communism.
Why should I be punished either for my success or the failures of others?

Be happy you have cold. All I have is heat. And humidity. And rain every other day.

Ask me about Communism.
One who thinks he will/can be elected again. Very true. But I think Chavez rigs his elections. Maybe it's just me. I just don't buy one guy getting elected three consecutive times by fairly large margins.

Ask me about Communism.
Hmm, except no. China is communist in name but engages in some of the greatest free market crimes the world over. Chavez was democratically elected and continues to be so, without trickery or intimidation. What kind of democratic leader pushes through an amendment (for lack of a better term) removing term limits? And we'll see what happens when he loses. Most likely, a combination of spontaneous revolutionary seizures followed by tacit or explicit governmental support, and massive governmental intervention once it is properly established. Of course, not all property will be seized, just that of the rich.Okay, explain this to me, in detail. Does this mean that the goods will somehow confiscate themselves and walk into huge warehouses on their own while government officials "nod sagely"? You do realize that this thing you posted makes no sense, right? China is communist in name, but not IN FACT. The chinese are known for their propensity for cheating, and unsurprisingly, they are cheating at communism, too. The Chinese government still owns heavy industry and energy, IIRC. Those are some of any industrialized nation's largest economic sectors, and their continued government rule shows China's essentially Communist nature. While I concede that China isn't purely Communist, I'd say that Communism is still the best label for the political and economic structure.

Ahh... makes sense... I probably should have recognized that when I was there over the summer and saw lawnmowers.

Ask me about Communism.
If it smells like a fish, swims like a fish, and taste like a fish then it is a fish. I see you are afraid to answer my question thusly proving yourself to be nothing more than another empty mouthpiece of BS. Again I ask, why does communism fear freedom of speech? Well said. And I ask again my series of questions for the same reason.

Ask me about Communism.
What the hell kind of Q/A thread is this if you don't answer questions? /being difficult China isn't communist anymore, the western democracies engage in authoritarianism (e.g. COINTELPRO, police attacking strikers/protestors), and Hugo Chavez is not a dictator. Bull****. Chavez is a dictator in the same way China is Communist, which is to say in everything but name.

Hold up... there's a "Amish" choice under the religion section on Facebook? Umm... don't they condemn technology? This is a legit question, not trying to make fun of anybody...

Somali pirates awesome
As long as there is still capitalism, there will be anti-capitalism. Socialism, even revolutionary socialism, is hardly defunct. You mean in the same way that as long as there are clean arses there will skanky ones? You, my good sir, win.

Ask me about Communism.
Why are the rich evil? Why do I want to be equal? If everybody is equal, nobody can shine. After all, Italian cars don't tend to mix well with Communist salaries. Trotsky or Stalin? Do you support Putin as the dictator of Russia?

I don't see how my communism has anything to do with my sense of charity. If anything, the latter influences the former. I bet you guys walk past people who ask you for money. They are in fact thoroughly interrelated. Communism, however, tends to make its cultists feel so high and mighty because they're so giving. I do walk past beggars. My government already takes too much of my money to give to them anyway. Unlikely. I recognize that the people of Somalia are not yet through the stage of capitalism so that they can attain proper socialism, though I would highly recommend they create institutions - such as these cooperatives - that help lay the groundwork for a socialist paradise for their children and grandchildren. You're like some crazy old blind man on a street corner. You do realise that. I mean if you have to choose some defunct philosophy why not zoroastrianism? Siggy quote?

The fun stuff
I was playing an old campaign again (we picked up our old characters again) and my half-orc barbarian killed a dragon by dropping a boulder on its head. It was fun. Our wizard put some kind of 'splodey enchantment on it, and it landed on the dragon's eyeball. One of the many reasons DnD is epic.

Any other way to stop TSLRCM unhandled error?
I don't play PC so I'm no expert, but it seems to me that you should try extracting first. And this thread is hilarious.

Is the world a better place now or worse?
Worse. The President is a socialist, the government neglects constitutional rights (Bush's fault, but I'm an equal opportunity president flamer), and the religious fanatics are becoming crazier and more plentiful. Conversely, we're about to discover the fundamental working of the universe (or, if not, closer than we've ever been) and our medical technology is hella good.
