This. If the government can seize everything I have, why do I have any motivation to do anything? Even in America, people just sit at home, have kids, and collect welfare. Imagine how much worse it is in Communism.

Damn, we've had crap-tons of rain: neighborhoods are flooded, the local malls are all temporary swimming pools, its a goddamn catastrophe out here.
-
What's with all the HP hate? Its good stuff.
-
Good luck. I didn't even know there was tongue cancer.

I believe I just received the greatest chat message of my life: "sooner cut off your **** and mail it to a hispanic woman [than buy a macbook air]."
-
I'd like it to be a more direct sequel to the original, because Altair is a badass. If, in AC2, you . That scenario would be fun to play. Either that or in ancient Egypt.

Stared for 15 mins. at the leaked 380 performance numbers. Holy ****. I also studied for my exams. Seriously, why in the **** do I care Salinger though about American society?
-
Why are communist dictators afraid of civil rights? Because all leaders are afraid of civil rights. Barack Obama is afraid of civil rights? I think you are quite wrong on this. Obama is afraid of civil rights. The same is not true of all leaders. Most democratically elected leaders realize that, if you take away civil liberties, you get: a) an unhappy electorate or b)the American Revolution all over again.

I feel like I'm coming down with something. Definitely not good.

For something like that, building isn't really worth the effort, but then again, I'm a lazy bastard, so I'm biased. Windows 7, for sure: Vista has no friends, and is in fact Cthulu's bastard child, except sans Cthulu's inherent win. Buy either a nettop like Mkreku said, or just a plain laptop.

The VGAs are coming up... I'm getting out my "Make K3" and "Death to TOR" shirts.

Tried with a modicum of success to not blow up on LoF... I don't know how much longer that success will last, I'm having a thoroughly crappy series of days.

I'm not. I'm telling you that the businessman who steals all the profits that rightfully belong to that brilliant scientist should be eliminated from the entire process. But you've chosen to deliberately misinterpret socialism over and over again, in the ridiculous strawman that never applied to any country in the world. Ever. Why? That businessman is evidently equally brilliant, just in a different manner. He's good at what he does. If that's grounds for execution. then what isn't? Being a good government puppet and doing exactly what they tell you to do, and giving up all of the money you make above a sum decided by someone who has no real right to decide what you should do? Do you really think that the actual act of storming the Winter Palace was anything more than the tiny capstone on months of work? Do you think that if the Bolsheviks had simply assembled a much, much larger group outside the palace, demanding that the Provisional Government dissolve itself, it would not do so? Or maybe you just think that the RCW is part of the Bolshevik revolution. They had every intention to kill those guards- the guards just realized this, and got the **** out of Doge. And besides, Russia's Communist government itself did plenty of killing.
-
You realise you've simply got stuck in the shower cubicle? No, I just live in Florida.
-
People inherently aren't equal. How can you tell me that some unmotivated **** who sits at home, has kids, and collects welfare is equal to a brilliant scientist (or the like) who has contributed to mankind in some way? Also, you really think that the Bolshevik revolution was bloodless? I mean, really?
-
No. Games are made as outlets through which to vent your frustration by KILLING THINGS.
-
So?
-
Why should I be punished either for my success or the failures of others?

Be happy you have cold. All I have is heat. And humidity. And rain every other day.

One who thinks he will/can be elected again. Very true. But I think Chavez rigs his elections. Maybe it's just me. I just don't buy one guy getting elected three consecutive times by fairly large margins.

Hmm, except no. China is communist in name but engages in some of the greatest free market crimes the world over. Chavez was democratically elected and continues to be so, without trickery or intimidation. What kind of democratic leader pushes through an amendment (for lack of a better term) removing term limits? And we'll see what happens when he loses. Most likely, a combination of spontaneous revolutionary seizures followed by tacit or explicit governmental support, and massive governmental intervention once it is properly established. Of course, not all property will be seized, just that of the rich.Okay, explain this to me, in detail. Does this mean that the goods will somehow confiscate themselves and walk into huge warehouses on their own while government officials "nod sagely"? You do realize that this thing you posted makes no sense, right? China is communist in name, but not IN FACT. The chinese are known for their propensity for cheating, and unsurprisingly, they are cheating at communism, too. The Chinese government still owns heavy industry and energy, IIRC. Those are some of any industrialized nation's largest economic sectors, and their continued government rule shows China's essentially Communist nature. While I concede that China isn't purely Communist, I'd say that Communism is still the best label for the political and economic structure.

Ahh... makes sense... I probably should have recognized that when I was there over the summer and saw lawnmowers.

If it smells like a fish, swims like a fish, and taste like a fish then it is a fish. I see you are afraid to answer my question thusly proving yourself to be nothing more than another empty mouthpiece of BS. Again I ask, why does communism fear freedom of speech? Well said. And I ask again my series of questions for the same reason.
-
What the hell kind of Q/A thread is this if you don't answer questions? /being difficult China isn't communist anymore, the western democracies engage in authoritarianism (e.g. COINTELPRO, police attacking strikers/protestors), and Hugo Chavez is not a dictator. Bull****. Chavez is a dictator in the same way China is Communist, which is to say in everything but name.

Hold up... there's a "Amish" choice under the religion section on Facebook? Umm... don't they condemn technology? This is a legit question, not trying to make fun of anybody...
