Freezes piss me off
The xbox version is probably less buggy, but that's because the game developers didn't have to make the game compatible with a load of different software, graphics cards, motherboards etc...

Freezes piss me off
No ideas I'm affraid, apart from looking into the faq section in the forum and doing a search. however there is a 'Skip Peragus & Telos' mod out there, which might be of use to you, if you don't mind skipping those parts in the game (which in turn will tell you whether it's just that part in that game that's buggy, or not). Unfortunately, that would mean missing out on plot and character development.

Stuck @ Secret Acadamy on Telos
This is a common bug. Team Gizka (www.team-gizka.org) has a fix for it. Basically, when you first talk to the handmaidens, you shouldn't give up your weapons straight away, otherwise you get caught in that loop. Use a save from before that part of the game and choose a different option, rather than agreeing and giving them up straight away. Typically the game autosaves just before you enter the secret academy and talk to the handmaidens, so all is not lost.

Too many humans.
In TSL you can use many of the alien appearances for your NPC's, as most of them have fighting animations; the heads effectively change, the bodies will change according to armour/clothing (with a few notable exceptions). The other problem is a few cutscenes where your NPC will revert to their original appearance (some NPCs have unique aninations)... It's pretty funny turning T3 into one of them short bugs from the toxic bar, or giving Goto his hologram appearance.

Speeder / Nar Shadaa
So, is the speeder in the refugee sectos usable? I've played the game through a few times as both LS and DS and always seem to have one or two parts when I first encounter it, install them, but when I return later with the remaining parts I'm told it's locked down and unusable. Is there a way of getting the parts needed before this happens? For that matter, where would I get all the items? You get the powercell from the Ithorian in the Docks, manouvering flaps from one of the room with ambush by the droid when running the errand for the Bith scientist and the navigation part from the blind mechanic's room, right? PS: Does it matter if I kill the gangs?

Use KSE and change your NPC's appearances. You could all be twileks.

Stuck on Telos
Yes, it is Team Gizka who've created the fixes, but what I meant is that Team Exile has intergrated thosee fixes into their WIP project.

new problem
The problem you have on the other computer might be related to something else (graphics card?)

Stuck on Telos
The other restoration project (team exile) I believe has some sort of fix for the telos fuel quest. I didn't pay attention to what was going on, but playing through you end up starting negotiations between vogga and gren.

Force Body and Battle Meditation
True, although I find that it's generally a bit pointless even for a low-level guardian, as it's 3 force level ups that could be used to max out a more useful force, like heal or speed.

Jedi Consular to Jedi Master
Yes, Constitution and Charisma are what you should concentrate on! If you invest in Charisma (rather than wisdom) you can use force powers of other alignment with less of a penalty, always handy. In any case though, when you reach lvl 20+ as a Master/Lord you end up having loads of FP to not really worry about running out that often.

Glitch on Nar Shaddaa *Possible Spoilers*
to update the game, simply choose 'update' instead of 'game' when you launch the game and it will automatically download and install the latest patches for the game. as for the game deleting your saved games, I really have no clue, perhaps the updates will remedy that too? team-gizka.org has some fixes that also address other bugs in the game that are not repaired with the official updates, along with instructions on how to apply them.

new problem
do you know my parents?? im not evan alowed to post on fourms enless there waching or the teachers arent No, I am sorry, I did not mean any offence by the way. What I am trying to tell you though, is that that what is being recommended to you ('turning off' a core for that specific application) is optimising the performance of your computer, without resorting to any risk or out of the ordinary, to be honest, user conduct. It's no more detrimentary to your computer as it is upgrading say your drivers or virus defintions. In any case, good luck, it's one hell of a game!

Force Powers
That might be a bug in the game AI.

KOTOR II
That would be an awesome idea (don't know about the $60 though!), but as far as I'm aware there are no such plans for a rerelease with restored content. There are a few mods out there being developed however that seek to restore some of the cut-content and they are free.

new problem
no offenes but thats comman sence parents buy i new $2000 computer do you realy think thel let me mess around with it? and i just tryed them on an older dell with a normal pentium 4 and they still dont work I understand your hesitation with regards to the switching off of a core, but what you would be doing is not opening up your brand new computer with a srewdriver, you are simply modifying available options; in any case, it only affects that one application, not everything else too. I mean if you are willing to test people's homebrew software to sort this problem out, I think you're better off tinkering with the cores. I highly doubt your parents would understand it or for the matter figure it out (unless they are the sort of people who monitor everything you do on your computer, 24.7) Just a thought.

Strange Issue
Kreia's alignement never really changes in the game as an NPC, regardless of the influence you have on her; that was the intention of the game developers, for her to be neutral [she might shift from 55 to say 45 depending on your aligment/influence, but she will always remain firmy around the 50=neutral/gray side]. As far as your alignment formula goes, I believe it's different for each NPC and perhaps a bit more complex, taking more factors into consideration; some will respond to LS acts, some will respond to DS acts, some will respond to specific, more complicated events in relation to other NPCs; I don't know if setting Revan as 'good' or 'evil' at the start of the game (versus your own alignment) has anything to do with the disposition of NPCs later on in the game too. Obviously being a Jedi Master/Sith Lord would also add something to the game's alignment formula, whatever that may be. I suppose anyone into modding or a game developer could shed some light on the mechanics of it. However, there is a nifty little mod out there that allows Bao Dur's droid to tell you the influence you have on your NPC party members, that might be of some use for you.

Strange Issue
For some NPCs, it doesn't matter what your influence is, after certain events and dialog options have been triggered, they will always hate you. One example is

TSL Restoration Project: The Phantom Deadline, READ FIRST POST BEFORE POSTING.
It kind of depends on when you got in the game, right? I mean I discovered the KoTOR series 6 months ago, so I'm patient. Don't think I'd wait 3 years, but I can stick around another six months to see where it goes, if only because I was annoyed at how abrupt the game ends and some plot holes that seem to have originally been a major part of the gaming experience. If only for that, I'd like to play the 'complete' version of the game.

Bug suspect (minor spoilers)
I don't think you're doing anything wrong, he's there in case you didn't go through all the conversation or whatever... just finish everything down there and when you return to khoonda, you will find him there. I'd say more, but I don't want to ruin the game for you.
