  1. Yes, this is exactly what happened. Unfortunately, I quicksaved after stepping away and didn't feel like clearing the area again from my initial autosave so I just moved on with the disc intact.
  2. When I select the [Destroy the disc.] option in Motare o Kozi after having destroyed the tree and slain the Rotten Lady and all her minions, I don't actually destroy the disc. It says I hoist a rock and that it would guarantee the secrets remain mine but there is no option to go through with the smashing. I'm not really sure where to find a save file on my mac (steam version) or I would attach one.
  3. I had this issue, then I quit the game and restarted. Grimoires in my inventory were working but when I tried to look at ones in stores it only showed the first spell of each level of the last grimoire in my inventory I had looked at. And yes, Archaven, I also noticed my characters moving as if they weren't stealthed and being detected very quickly, but only if I moved as a group. Individual character movements were at normal speed...
  4. Still happens for me too on my Inquisitor, no mods, no AI.
  5. I managed to get through character creation, but the FPS is just unbelievably bad. I put all the graphics settings as low as possible and I'm still stuttering everywhere.
  6. You would think so. Being able to one shot dragons isn’t a priority at obsidian atm apparently The game is currently completely broken. It is almost impossible to die on the hardest difficulty POTD Man, one-shotting a dragon would be great if I could get past the prologue.
  7. Is it this issue or a different one - https://support.obsidian.net/article/30-mac-game-crashes-before-character-generation If a different one, has it been logged as a bug yet? This thread says the issue is happening with "Intel Iris Pro / HD 5000 chipsets as the active display adapter" but mine is a 6100 and it's happening to me.
  8. Welcome to the wonderful world of gaming. That's just the way it is. If you don't want to be disappointed you shouldn't preorder or buy games on release. That's absurd. Why should I expect a game to be broken on release? Buggy is one thing, but I can't play at all.
  9. Some Mac users are experiencing a crash when being pulled into the adra during the prologue. So... where do we get our refunds? I'm not a fan of paying for an unplayable game. I was also "experiencing" sub-10 FPS for the duration of the prologue.
