Another case of both a missing vision cone and awareness radius, this time on Rinco in Port Maje Harbor:

The video should be self-explanatory. Also of note that the game didn't remember the order of the party members from before getting on the ship and leaving Neketaka (Eder - Xoti - Aloth- Serafen). It did remember which of the companions I had in the party last but placed them in exact reverse order (Serafen - Aloth - Xoti - Eder) for the encounter with Elewys (first one after leaving Neketaka).

This Crazed Zealot (part of the group of cannibals in the Temple of Tangaloa Ruins) for some reason has no vision cone as well: Same location, and Giordu Red-Handed still has a vision cone but it's a fair way off from where it's supposed to be:
