If change means accepting uber munchkin characters with uber powers that makes the game worthlessly easy, I want nothing of it.

The game has elements in it I don't like without even knowing one bit about the game's story. I don't like how they handled the game mechanics of the game, the rules themselves that permeate into every action and reaction your character does. In a 40 to 50 hour game 10th level should be max. No exceptions. Add to the fact that there are no such thing as epic levels in Star Wars makes even worse. Hell, the Emporer was only 19th level.

Well, I don't play FPS games, but there are only 5 CRPGs that I have no major complaints about: Fallout 1, Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate 1 (with ToTSC), Baldur's gate 2 (without ToB), and Ultima 4. KotOR series is just way to simple. I think that if the publishers/developers actually think that the casual gamer needs that level of simplicity to play the game then they are really insulting the intelligence of the casual gamer.

Nah, I am just a Forum nut. Obsidian is my current home so I post here a lot. It has nothing to do withthe games themseles but with the peeps of Obsidian and the community.

Good. I did have a vain hope that Obsidian would have made the game better than the last one, however. Unfortunately it is all about the leveling, teletubby challenges, and uber-munchkinisms.

Because of the many weaknesses in both games. In a sequel a game should be better and have less problems than the first. Obsidian made them worse. In KotOR 3 I am expecting it would tenfold the problems in the second. I am talking strictly game mechanics here.

Well, it doesn't matter now who put Saddam into power. What matters now that what happens now and right now Bushie got ourselves in a money pit called Iraq. He went to war over fiction and now getting our soldiers killed for no good reason. Oh, its that whole democracy thing. Listen, I don't give a rat's arse about other nations. If a nation isn't strong enough to take care of itself then it shouldn't be a nation. If a people aren't strong enough to topple a dictator themselves, then they deserve that dictator.

Not when the successor was already started then canned in pre-production. I prefer to think that KotOR 2 will be the last Star Wars CRPG until they fix the issues of rampant leveling, non-existant difficulty, and munchkin gameplay.

MMORPGS are the worst type of game. They are a waste of time and money. If you want to play a Star Wars MMORPG, go away and play Galaxies.

I like a manual that gives every bit of game rules information. If it has a toolset, it has the manual fully tells a user how to use the toolset in its full capacity. Anything less is just silly.

I told someone, VOlourn I think, that if Bloodlines get four substantial patches which proves that Troika is doing proper backing and support for this game I would buy it.
