You don't need to be a legal citizen to work and live in the US legally. I have a friend who is an immigrant who cam eto the US legally and he has lived and worked here for years.
-
No. However I do hold this opinion. If one is to move into a new country to live and work that person should have the courtesy to learn the language and customs of that country to a proficient level before moving to said country. Such as if I was to move to live and work in Quebec I would make sure I know French at a proficient level first. If a person is to come into my country to live and work he or she needs to have a proficient level of expertise of the English language.

It is about time the law is enforced. Just becuase it wasn't enforced years ago does not mean it shouldn't be enforced now. If we can make sure that it can be continually enforced with the border guards having the ability to defend our borders with an armed response then so much the better.

If it comes to shoot on sght it wouldn't bother me any. They shouldm't be trying to get in our country illegally in the first place.

Because I am a rules lawyer.

I believe there is a quota on how many people from a country is allowed in each year. Once that quota is filled then no more immigration is allowed for that country. DOn't quote me on that for I don't know 100% but I think that is how it goes.

You can do many things with a strategically shaven wookie.

I don't really care about the economic angle. If companies want to outsource to other countries then so be it. My problem is people coming into my country illegally. If they want to come to live and work in the US they need to do so legally. The law is the law.
-
Or understated depending on your point of view. Personally I like to see illegal immigration eliminated.

I have even seen the Holiday Special.

1. I saw nothing special but who knows. 2. Not if Valdis extends their contract and gives a little more gold. We are playing Mercs. 3. Being evil doesn't mean being stupid. If you are going to kill someone, you kill them. Leaving them alive only gives them a chance for revenge. Kill them and be done with it and move on to the next project.

I treat everyone fairly. If you are illegal it doesn't matter how long you are in the country for. An illegal is illegal, regardless of time passing just as a murderer is a murderer, a rapist is a rapist. You either break the law or you didn't.

First off, lets not deal with Hitler, or the Euros coming to the Americas. They are years and years and years in the past therefore irrelevant. Lets deal with the problems here and now and deal with them. Secondly, the US has laws governing immigration. You can either follow those laws or break them. There is no grey area. You either come into the country legally or illegally. If one comes to this country legally then its not a problem. If you come into the country illegally then you should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and deported. Plain and simple. If I was an employer here inthe US I would not employ a person who came into the country illegally. If I found out one of my employees did I would fire him on the spot. Also Illegals should not be allowed to get a driver's license, welfare, and other necessities for low income families. THEY ARE ILLEGALS. Those who come intot he country legally should be treated equally as citizens as much as the law allows. Illegals on the other hand need to go home where they belong and try to enter the country legally. I don't care if they lived in the US for 20, 30 or even 50 years. They are illegal. They broke the law. I think we need stronger deterrents against illegal immigration. Companies who knowingly hire illegals should face a fine of $500,000 per illegal employee would be a start. As for the illegal themselves it should be a felony crime on the same level as robbery. Jail time then deportation. If the illegal is underaged then just deportation. As for being cught in the act, jail time and deportation, or if there is resistance, then the penalty should be stronger.

Well, he had this thing for Wicket's sister.

Its not the quantity of posts that makes you a spammer, its the quality.

So, he just doesn't tell them. No reason to try to kill them. Instead you use them as assets in suicide missions instead. After a certain number of suicide missions the merc would be dead anyway, within theory. I don't think there was mujch credibility for Valdis personally try to kill a bunch of 1 level nothings and not succeeding.

Tempers have cooled I think. NWN 2 DM Client

I think Nathan would be more credible, I guess, in stating play time since he and his crew are actually playing the game. -
Funny you'd put it that way. If politicians were to "stfu", they wouldn't be doing their job, now would they? " <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But they aren't doing their job anyway, at least not in Iowa, so I rather have them to STFU and not doing their job than making too much useless noise and not doing their job.

I am very much interested in a X Box 360/PC Hybrid. It would b the only way I would get an X Box 360 for more than a $100.
-
Soon.
-
Only if they have games I want to play, can be hooked up to my computer monitor, and I can get their high end versions under a $100.
-
Don't really care. I'm a PC gamer.

So Valdis did not want the main character to find out what he found in the main character's hometown? Since they were very far away from the hometown and it was doubtful the merc would really care, for I know I wouldn't otherwise I wouldn't have left, could he just not tell him instead of try to kill the main character?

If Valdis was never after the amulet then attacking his own men makes even less sense. I am trying to figure out why Validis attacked his own mercs. He paid them, they fought for him, so why? What is the motivation behind the attack?
