  1. The game has been out a while, most should be about finished with the game. So, this leads to my question, what is everyone's thoughts on the story? If a similar topic has been made, do forgive me mods. Also if possible, please remain civil!
  2. Sorry dude, but the game is way easier than it should be. I suggest waiting a couple of months or something.
  3. There is some serious clipping issues with hair, that needs to be addressed.
  4. I sided with no one. All of the factions existed as means to an end for my character. Though I do hate how the companions aggressively push you to side with a faction, it's so stupid. If you decided to follow me, then you should have known my evil behind would have back stabbed every single faction.
  5. Here is a tip, crew only consume wages and supplies when on sea. So, try to spend most of your time on land, exploring and finding loot. You will accumulate more loot and be able to handle those long voyages on sea. Also a little math can help you plan out those long sea odysseys. For example try to figure how much gold a crew consumes then multiply that by the amount of days you think you are going to be on sea. If are you are desperate for monies, you can always use a pickpocket character to steam money from others. Or you can use a lockpick character go to each house, then lockpick all of their goodies.
  6. Except romance can be quite endearing when done right. You don't need multiple entries, or sequels, to create meaningful romance. Some of my favorite romances come from dragon age origins. It's just here, the devs didn't have the talent to make good romance. In which case, they should have instead not opted for romance. I personally thought the DAO romances were pretty dire cheese to be honest. It's worth pointing out I'm a terrible cynic and I don't like Mills and Boon style sop. But they all seemed to be "I'm a bit damaged, we're on the road together, you've given me some emotional support so now I love you. Help me with this difficult thing in my life then we can shag by the camp fire." Thags not romance, it's titillation and fan service. Meh, I enjoyed Alistair's and Leliana's interactions. Though, I will concede, that the romance was cheesy at times.

  8. Holy f*ck man, I'm glad I an't the only one who is disturbed by this stuff. If you can't do meaningful romance right, then please don't try this weak compromise of a solution.
  9. I'd rather they fix the whole going bald when wearing a hat.
  10. Game launched, and it is buggy. However, the game is still enjoyable.
  11. What is everyone gonna be playing? I plan on doing a death godlike for a wizard build. Sucks that red dragon disciple an't a thing in Pillars. I freaking love shoving that class into all my stupid builds.
