Did you guys have to mention Half Life! Now I'm salavating! I just don't buy the 'engine wont run it' a graphics engine will do anything its programed to do if you work with it long enough, It may be alot of work, but I think that in the end it could be worth it.

Well you posted quite a few things in that middle paragraph as to why you can upgrade your computer for much cheeper than the average human being. It costs me upwards to 100-150 for the ram, and I have to pay all 500 for my cards, but I spose in the individual sence, a PC is a better investment for you.
